Normally would’ve given more stars but today left me upset. Ordered my husbands drink and food per usual and the two employees working made fun of the amount of classic that I requested the whole time they were making it. The faces and snickering was so much and so loud that I actually felt uncomfortable and explained why he liked so much and had a long day ahead of him. I shouldn’t have to feel judged by what I order, just please make the drink I am purchasing and let me go on my way.. Thanks.

Not a big Starbucks fan. Never have been Just not my kinda crowd. Think my wallet cringed and went into convulsions when I got to counter. Would rather have Dunkin coffee and dunkin donuts to be honest.

Do not buy hot coffee here. A simple order for hot coffee here and they couldn’t get it right. Simply hot coffee not room temperature. They keep room temperature coffee in a thermos. I highly recommend someone to make new coffee since they do not make it fresh for you. Not only that but as per Soyler refunds are very hard and no real alternative given because they did not give a receipt. Not a single grown adult that could be helpful.Update: After cooling down, I asked different girl for the third time and she explained that the espressos are made hot with hot milk but the coffee weren’t and offered to make me one. The person in charged disappeared.

Asked for a Strawberry Açai with no water and the barista acted as if I was robbing her pockets and refused to make my drink. Called customer service was explained that she had no reason to refuse my drink and was gifted $10 and submitted an official complaint.

Absolutely the sweetest baristas I have ever had since being in FL. They were kind, thoughtful & so joyful. I will be choosing this Starbucks for all my coffee needs. Couldn’t be more grateful & impressed with their service. (To manager- these girls are amazing. Staffed on 12/8 @ 1045 am).

Wasn't too fond of this Starbucks. I ended up going to another coffee store nearby. Does not match Starbuck's brand of sustainability. Not sure how Starbucks wants to get rid of waste by 2023 with stores like this. Might as well go to Dunkin' close to Home Depot because they're just as unsustainable, just cheaper.- I brought my own cup, they said they can't fill it.- If it was a Starbucks reusable cup, they said, they wouldn't have filled it, either. Only 'new' ones.- No 'for here' cups.- Last ditch effort, I figured that maybe they could at least give me my iced drink in a paper cup instead, which at least is more biodegradable than plastic, no. They can only use wasteful plastic cups and you can't swap for paper.- I couldn't add points to my Starbucks account here because they don't do it.Starbucks advertises differently.

This is a nice Starbucks don’t get me wrong, but the employees are very rude and forgot about my sandwich I ordered. And rolled her eyes at me for asking about it. Id definitely recommend a different Starbucks.

Absolute rude employees. I was the only one there and even though I only ordered one simple drink, they proceeded to make 2 drinks for no one there before mine. After making the 2 for other people, they filled a water and put it up and said "here you go." They proceeded to stand there until it must have clicked they never got me mine. And when I asked if I was getting my drink, the lady that wasn't even dealing with me says "yea, she's working on it now" extremely rudely. I could not believe the attitude after they blatantly forgot to make my drink and didn't own up to it. I'm not a difficult person to deal with, but these ladies were absolutely rude. I will not purchase from this Starbucks again simply because of those two ladies.

Ayin was so sweet and kind. I'm new to Starbucks so I wasn't sure of the correct terminology.. I told her what I like and she was so kind enough to write down my order for me and it was delish. I tried to tip her but she said they aren't allowed to accept tips. So instead I'd like to highlight her here. Thank AYIN for going above and beyond.
