HORRIBLE WAIT for drive-thru Interactive Tellers. Waited 20min for literally 1-car to move forward with a long line of cars. Need better turnaround time. Reading the reviews for inside lobby sounds like a long wait too.

Diane Roehl was absolutely fantastic and wonderful! She helped open up my personal and business accounts. She took her time with is and even stayed late to finish us up. Most people would not do that and say sorry we are closing you will have to come back tomorrow, not with her. I highly recommend people to ask for Diane at the Cape Coral branch. I would give her 100 plus stars if we could She was the BEST and you do not get that now days.Thanks Diane ?

I used to love this Bank and I still do unless I have to go in the branch. I literally spent over 2 1/2 hours here today. I watched at least 60 people open the door look around and leave. It is understaffed.

Whoever may be interested, I am filing this complaint against this bank because they have mistreated me, abused me and cataloged me as a person who commits check fraud. The latter was told to me by a super costumer service advisor, which is why they could not remove the hold from the check and the bank supervisor very bad treatment that I don't even look at the computer to check
