Fantastic Customer Service. My Visa card was just worn out, needed replacement. Was in and out in 5 minutes. Barry Miller deserves a big raise and a big Promotion. Excellent.

I recently had the pleasure of working with JJ, and the customer service I received was top-notch. He was very informative and had a calm demeanor that made the process easy to understand, even when I was unfamiliar with certain steps. JJ went above and beyond to guide me, and his attitude truly makes you glad to be a member of Suncoast.

Suncoast credit union is the WORST!!!!! We were warned about how shady local credit unions are but we gave them a chance. We were so wrong! They make up policies and hidden fees that rob you of your money when you need it the most. They have ZERO regard for their members and when my wife wrote a negative review they hide it from you on their page. Only the paid 5 star reviews show up! They are a disgrace and I wish I had never step foot in the door!!! Stay away!!! Stay very far away!!!!!

Absolutely horrible business!!! Shameful how they treat their customers in a time of need. My husband lost his eye in an accident and had to be off work. Finally went back and I am dealing with a battle against stage 4 Breast, spine and liver cancer. They repossessed our car, refuse to refund our supplemental insurance money even though we proved that we had insurance and charged us $650 fee to send our address to a repo company. Shameful!!! On top of that the tow company drove through our yard, destroyed our grass and broke our irrigation system in several places! So now we have that cost as well. When they say they are for their members they really mean they are there to take as much as they can from their members with ZERO remorse!!! I wish we had never become members of this terrible place!!!!
