They charged me 40$ for a color change and claimed it was because I added a design. at no point when I showed them the photo did they say it would be an extra 15$ for a design.
Do not recommend, very hostile place

I am always appreciative of how well they accommodate walk-ins and honor appointments .
They're always friendly and professional.
A gem on delprado and it's personal customer service .. exceeds any other staid service in overbooked salons .

Have been going to do my nails for a couple of years now. Nancy is absolutely amazing & talented, I am always happy with the results and work she does. Bob & the girls are amazing as well when it comes to pedicures.

None of the nail techs ever listen when I say I want my nails square and clean they round them out and ruined my nail shape. I was so upset I wanted to walk out without paying, but I said thank you paid and left.

Not overly impressed with the quality of my nails and the price. My French manicure with sparkles cost $70, high price for average service. Appointment at 11 am that didn't start until after 11:40 and did not leave until 1:30. My mother pays $90 for a fill and pedicure that looks fantastic...I should have gone to her girl...live and learn.

I called at the very last minute for an emergency appointment and they fit me in without making me feel like a jerk. The pedicure is the best I've ever had (by Julia) and my nails (by Justin) are pristine. I love how thin they are and the shape is perfect.
