One star because i need it to post a review but the worst T Mobile store in Cape Coral .... i went today to transfer all the data from my old phine to the new and the girl start doing it and left me without saying anything ... 0 customer service when i ask for somthing they dont give me a solution .... all the employes when to the back (5 or 6 of them) had to leave because no one was able to help me ... Thanks God for Veterans and Santa Barbara store they help me out

Hello, me and my husband finally had a chance to come into the store without our kids. Yes, it was an hour before close, but we were initially just looking and wanted to see what our options were. As soon as we walked in the door we weren’t greeted the girl was rude And the first thing she said to us was I hope you’re not trying to transfer your phone because there’s not enough time we’re not able to do anything. We understood that it was close to close time so we told her we would just look and come back, after looking at a couple things, we had a few questions, and she was nowhere to be found when we found her we asked her if we could ask her a few questions, and she threw her hands up and had a horrible attitude. Needless to say she was absolutely no help turned away a lot of people, while her coworker was working hard with a different individual couple about five people walked in after us and none of them got help because the only one that was working was busy and you could see the frustration she had with her coworker I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such a low level of customer service we will find a new location

I got my new phone at this location last month. At that time I gave a great review. So today I went in because my screen protector was coming off. I asked the girl at the desk if she could fix it .i was surprised the phone only being a month old the screen protector was coming off. She asked me if a had the protection plan which I don’t . She said well the 14 days are up . The only thing I can do for you is put a new one for $49.99 . Really u could help me as a courtesy? The phone is only a month old . I know there are store policy’s. However I think that’s horrible to charge so much . I was willing to pay but not $50 bucks. I would like a manager to get back to me on this. Looks like it wasn’t put on correctly

Spanish staff didn't want to help us or acknowledge two white guys

Absolutely terrible. 6:30pm I walk in on December 19, 2023 because I was having issues with my phone. I was going to buy a new phone. There was a assistant manager there, who is a male, with dark hair and a ponytail (I would use his name but I don't know it). And another employee, female, tattoo of Jesus on her right arm. (Just pointing out who was there). I waited in line for 20 minutes, not a big deal at all. Two people talking to the two employees, and a couple in front of me. Two men, who did not speak English, came in 10 minutes after me. The one asking the employees if anyone spoke English and the employee said no that's tomorrow. 10 minutes go by and the person left in front of me and so the couple that was standing there walked up to that person to work with them. A couple more minutes go by and another person leaves so I was next in line. The two Spanish men that were there cut right in front of me in line and told the employee what their problem was they wanted their phone hooked up to their watch. I was expecting the employee to be a gentleman and say that this lady was in front of you first and waiting longer than you you have to wait. The employee, assistant manager, did not say anything to that man and let him cut in front of me even though I was waiting there 10 minutes before he even got in the door. If you want to keep customers then I would suggest you make it fair when waiting in line. The store was not packed so they knew I was waiting there. The assistant manager also called his fellow employee a dummy in front of everybody. I believe it was a joke but it was still unprofessional. Never going back there again!
