Very pleasant experience getting an oil change. Had one vehicle in front of me and still only took a few minutes of my time. I was offered a cold bottle of water while I waited as well. Everything was done properly and in a timely manner. I felt the price was reasonable. I would recommend this location

This place is awesome! I was honestly there for about 12 mins . Top off all my fluids, put air in all 4 tires and gave me a coupon for $17 off . Where can you get an oil change in this day and age for $77 bucks ? PEOPLE! GO THERE !

The whole process was super fast! They staff is extremely welcoming (Nephi was a completely into customer care), they breakdown the cost and the fact that they show the clean oil they just changed and you don’t have to leave the car is just the icing on the cake! 10/10

Oil change was done quickly and efficiently! The manager personally did our oil change and was very polite and knowledgeable. Didn't try to upsale me me too hard and respected my decisions.Planning on going back.

The 2 workers that helped me yesterday were the best younger kids that I have ever seen in customer service. The one guy saw that I was handicapped and made sure that he went out of his way to help me. Also, way better pricing than your competitor right down the street. Staff was prompt on welcoming to the location. Pulled me right in and entered my vehicle into the computer. After noting my vehicle took special oil that they didn’t carry, the ram to the local part store to obtain the correct product. They didn’t hesitate to continue prepping my vehicle while the tech was gone. After returning my vehicle was finished. Total approximate time I was at the location was 15 minutes. Although I was discouraged by not having the correct product on hand, I couldn’t complain as the whole process went smoothly and quick.

There are plenty of reviews about the great customer service and how things are explained step by step and the bottle of water you get upon arrival. All of this is true. What I want to emphasize in my review of this location are the two employees that work here. Nephi (Shop Manager) and Jackson are the reason this location is a pleasure to take your vehicle in for an oil change. They have a hard job. Working in the Florida heat is no easy task, let alone how physical the job is all day long. These two employees have the best attitudes I’ve seen in a long time. In life attitude is everything and these two choose to have a great one. They do their jobs well, never try and upsell you on any services but will let you know what can be done to keep your vehicle maintained with the services they offer.After my normal mechanic retired I had to find a place to do routine maintenance on our vehicles. I’m positive I have found that place as long as Nephi and Jackson are running the shop. Thanks guys! You work very hard and it’s appreciated ?

I had previously used Valvoline for quick oil changes in the past and drove by Take 5 on Del Prado. I decided to give them a shot, and was I impressed with their professionalism, kindness and understanding! The Mgr greeted me with a bottle of water and I was in and out quick! The entire team, from manager to the young lady who took my information, and the young man who did the oil change, were great! You have a new customer! Thank you
