Cannot put zero star but this is what it should be. Went there yesterday to buy cider and some young man came to ask my ID and told me that I cannot buy alcohol because he only accept US or Canadian ID. He admit he can see we have the age to buy but he didn’t accept my ID. Ridiculous , if it was earlier I would have probably ask for a manager. Will never go to target again.
Publix or Walmart a way better

Always clean and stocked. Today I wanted to shout out to Nicole who was gathering carts. She found my phone in the cart where i had absent mindedly left it. I had.already looked in the carts and been to guest services to give my details.
I couldn't find it and I appreciate her going to the extra effort. Much appreciated!

Got an Apple IPad Folio for a gift and it was the incorrect purchase. Been traveling a lot lately and thought it might be ok to exchange for the correct item within Targets normal return dates not realizing that Apple & Samsung have a two week return window. Unused item. Brand new. Still wouldn’t even take an exchange for something I was having to pay more for the right item. There return verbiage is (Target's return policy allows most items to be returned for a full refund within 90 days of purchase. You can return items to a Target store, by mail, or using Drive Up). Shame on me for not searching much crazier for a couple items that have a drastically reduced return window. This definitely is upsetting as well as disappointing. Target gets worse and worse with there return policy’s.

Standing in line at Target. Hardly anyone running the registers. This has happened more than once. Self checkout has over a dozen in line. Beautiful store with lots of inventory but management doesn’t know to keep customers returning. I will be going to Walmart next time.

Avy from Target Bakery KILLED IT with this cake for my almost 7 year old! She brought our ideas to life and had such a sweet positive attitude and even checked in with some ideas later that day. You could tell she was excited and passionate! It was the most positive bakery experience we have ever had anywhere and we 100 percent will use Target for special cake occasions in the future !

Went to this store on Saturday, the bathroom was disgusting I was there around 6pm the chart said it was last cleaned at 10:30. I strongly disagree with how filthy everything was it was cleaned at all that day. Management needs to step it up or new needs to be hired.

Just waited outside in 50 degree weather for a sale, got inside and they let the first 5 people buy the entire stock with a lone of 30 people. There was more than enough for everyone but they just wanted to sell it all and forget about the time invested by the other 25 people. Biggest waste of time shopping here,DO NOT COME TO THIS TARGET

Great store and products. Excellent customer service! Had an issue signing up for targets circle reward card and the girl and manager at service desk we very sweet and helpful. Went thru line to purchase the toys on sale for that day and lady at register was very nice. I really enjoyed my visit there to shop. It's hard to find these days someone to even care if you have a question or issue and they all went out of thier way to help. Keep up the good work at this location.
