I purchased a pair of Acacia Pickleball shoes from Run Shoppe. After several months, the black plastic support that attaches sole to show was separating. This part is glued to the shoe. When I contacted the Shoppe they weren't overly concerned with my problem, told me Pickleball was a tough sport on shoes, I paid $160! They told me they had no info on Acacia and I should dig into it myself. I explained I had tried finding some type of info or support with no luck on the internet. So the person at the shoppe I asked if the Shoppe Begrudgingly told me she'd look and found a number.I've bought Hoka shoes from the Run Shoppe and when I had an issue Hoka customers service was great, Run Shoppe attitude was "you bought'em and now they're your problem.I now do all of my Hoka purchases directly from Hoka, would never buy anything from Run Shoppe.

Ok. First off, I hate shopping for sneakers! Ok, now that that’s out of the way, The Run Shoppe made my experience amazing! They took the time to put up with my idiosyncrasies and found the best shoes for my situation. Friendly, professional, and caring. This is my go to shop for shoes now!

It must be 30+ years since I've had a proper sizing for shoes. Always just guessed my size and tolerated the results. Recently restarted exercising and experiencing foot and back pain with simple walking. They took their time to learn my goals and intended use/need for new shoes and I was amazed how far off I was in my own assumptions. I had morphed from a regular width to x-wide over the years. The Hoka shoes they sized me in were like walking on clouds. Well worth the investment!

I went into the shop the associates are very friendly and knowledgeable. They were very patient with me because I was a little picky, lol. But I left with 2 pairs of sneakers and am very happy with their service. I will be back again.

Ha...didn't even measure my feet for accurate size. Just tried on shoes until found pair that fit. Really wanted input on best shoe for me. No different than self-serve shoe store except shoes needing to be retrieved fr back. Want almost $200/pr & no returns. Why anyone would buy shoes here is beyond me.

Don't fall for this flailing business... Only a reputable business will give you a refund, not force you to take a store credit. That's RIGHT, WHEN YOU WALK IN AND BUY, DONE DEAL...NO REFUNDSMy wife tried to return her shoes 17 hours after purchasing, she settled because they didn't have the shoe she wanted, then was stuck with them or a store credit with limited inventory.Run the other way

I was visiting from out of town and my shoes were falling apart. I called to see if they had anything in my size as I have big wide feet. When I arrived, they had pulled multiple pair for me and were super friendly the whole time. I wish we had a store like this in Memphis where I live. Well done Run Shoppe!!!
