Purple Rain Vape & Smoke Shop is a go-to store known for its great service and knowledgeable staff. Customers recommend it over other nearby shops, noting the staff is never too busy to help. The atmosphere is loved and the product selection is praised. Staff members help customers find the right items, from water pipes and vapes to cleaning supplies and wicks, and let them know about the best sales. Prices are described as crazy good and definitely fair, especially with the rewards programs. The customer service is highlighted as never disappointing. While one customer expressed a specific concern about an incorrect item and a change in their preferred location, the overall sentiment across the reviews is highly positive, with many stating they will definitely be back and highly recommend checking it out.
