State Farm & Tim Collier’s office in Cape Coral, FL. has been & proud to say my Insurance go to since 2018. The office staff is always so personable, helpful, and extremely kind! I’ve been going through the daunting task of trying to buy a new (used) vehicle so my mind has been going a million miles a minute! But today, I want to rave and acknowledge NICOLE MATKOVICH… She has helped me every step of the way reassuring me in my mind that I have the best Insurance team on my side! She has gone above and beyond to get me the best rates possible, advice on what to consider and lookout for! Sean Lucas has been our touchpoint contact with Tim Colliers' office for the past 3 years. He is AMAZING!!! He is VERY quick in responses with my questions whether it is through email or through phone messages. He helped us through our Home damage insurance claims with State Farm from Hurricane Ian. We could not. asked for a more caring and responsive agent. Give this man a raise!!
