I have been coming here for 16 years both Jackie and Tracy are the best. If you have a problem they always make sure they fix it and you can come back and they take care of it. I wouldn't be with them so long if they weren't good at what they do.

I’ve been coming to this salon for over 20 years, and it’s truly disappointing to see how much it has declined. Tracy, the owner, once ran a relaxing and professional business—but that experience is gone.
Lately, the environment is chaotic. The staff is constantly talking loudly, often on their phones, and it’s impossible to unwind or enjoy any peace. Communication has become a real issue. Some of the technicians seem rushed and don’t take time to understand what you want. I’ve left more than once with cuts on my hands or toes from being hurried through a service.
I’m paying for a service that should feel like self-care, but instead I leave feeling stressed and sore. It’s sad to see what this place has become after being loyal for so many years. I truly hope things turn around, but at this rate, I won’t be back.

Tracey is great! However the place is so far from relaxing because of the loud obnoxious Spanish speaking workers. On the phone while doing your nails, no care for the guest. I feel bad for the ladies who have worked there for years it seems the place is going down hill with a lack of customer care.

The manager always does my nails and I’m always very pleased and satisfied. She is so creative, she is really an artist at what she does. She is so artistic, I am very pleased I will recommend this place and recommend for you to ask for the manager if needed. Happy holidays 🎄

Was in today to have service done from the time Nathaly answered the phone to Lia doing my full set and toes was an amazing experience all the staff very nice and polite . I even witnessed a dissatisfied customer and the owner plus all the staff tried to accommodate this customer every way they could Great Job Staff I wish I could give you a 100 stars because you Rock♥️

The most awful experience I have ever experienced at a nail salon . Not professional in any way . Made me feel terrible after they messed my nails up and tried to make me leave with half my nails done on top of the ones they did looking absolutely horrendous !!!!!

I’ve been coming here for a while & i have to say, Yeny was by far the best. We had a wonderful conversation & i am so pleased with the outcome of my nails. I’m so glad she’s back! she will be seeing me more.

Tracy and her team always accommodate me with or without an appointment. They always get my nail service spot on, with a family environment. I would recommend them to anyone.

Took the time to make sure my nails were perfect how I wanted them great customer service and the massage chairs for pedicures are great very relaxing and my lil one loves her nails too

Worst pedicure I have ever had. I don't think she was licensed. She didn't know what to do. I had polish all over my toes when finished. My friend didn't even get one it was so bad.. would never recommend this place... go any where but this place... dirty and very unprofessional....
