“After a serious car accident in Cape Coral KW towing was dispatched to pick up my mom’s car. Since my mom was in no condition to deal with her car and the paperwork, I contacted Kw Towing multiple times needing guidance on how to proceed.
I spoke with a lady who I believe is the owner who went above and beyond and was tolerant of my many questions.
I also spoke with Jose many times, he too was very patient and kind helping me navigate the paperwork needed and offered kindness during a very difficult time. He stayed late allowing me time to get the paperwork from the DMV so I could release the vehicle before I left town. He even helped me to retrieve my Moms personal belongings still in the car.
While in the lot looking at my Moms car, completely dismayed at its condition from the accident, Paul one of their mechanics came out and offered the same amount of kindness and empathy as the others. Paul had good knowledge and insight which helped me put the pieces together as to how the single car accident could have happened. Thank you Jose, Paul and the female (owner?)for your help, kindness and professionalism.”
