“Thank you so much hunter for picking me up last night and towing me back home. He was fast !! I only waited 20mins and waited in my friends car for 15 mins till he got to my location. He’s always been a sweet kid…Since growing up to….. I got stuck at in front of Lowe’s last night on 11/07/2025 at around 10:45pm ish. at 10070 Estero Parkway. Cause of a tire blow out. Luckily teenage boys were walking there dog near by and helped me move my car over; to the the side of the road. But hunter was very nice and kind. Driving me home to. Thank you for keeping me calm to with the Morgan Wallen talk…. (I’m obsessed with Morgan Wallen) I calmed down even more right before my friend arrived and then Hunter arrived… You’ve always been a great guy and great kid growing up with… Thank you so much again and god bless you. Take care !! What a great company and a great guy Hunter is !!”

“Ran out of fuel today. Embarrassing. Had to call Tow Boat for the first time. They dispatched the boat to us. The Captain called and gave us an ETA and was on the way. I can't say enough about the Captain. Arrived and explained what he was going to do. Had us on our way in 10 minutes. Checked on us and made sure we were good to go. “After a serious car accident in Cape Coral KW towing was dispatched to pick up my mom’s car. Since my mom was in no condition to deal with her car and the paperwork, I contacted Kw Towing multiple times needing guidance on how to proceed.
I spoke with a lady who I believe is the owner who went above and beyond and was tolerant of my many questions.
I also spoke with Jose many times, he too was very patient and kind helping me navigate the paperwork needed and offered kindness during a very difficult time. He stayed late allowing me time to get the paperwork from the DMV so I could release the vehicle before I left town. He even helped me to retrieve my Moms personal belongings still in the car.
While in the lot looking at my Moms car, completely dismayed at its condition from the accident, Paul one of their mechanics came out and offered the same amount of kindness and empathy as the others. Paul had good knowledge and insight which helped me put the pieces together as to how the single car accident could have happened. Thank you Jose, Paul and the female (owner?)for your help, kindness and professionalism.”
