“I purchased brake pads, rotors on all four wheels installed them by the book. Broke them in as they should and after few hours noticed front passenger side specially was getting really hot and had a strong burning smell. I removed it and double checked everything bleed brakes again and again. Tried again drove and still same problem. I went in yesterday and spoke with LOGAN and explained my problem and he took the time out and helped me trouble shoot everything and to resolve the problem. He went out of his way to the extent to where he exchanged all items previously purchased and swap them out with all new items including brake calipers i had still under warranty. Today i am happy to say with LOGANS professionalism and determination to help a valued customer my truck is back to perfect and braking safely and as it should.
