Over the years I have frequently visited tractor supply, I have visited for a couple certain items for my boat trailer and utility trailer! 9/10 I will guarantee you that hub kits ranging around 5 lug in either sizes or trailer tail lights various styles will be completely out of stock it’s almost guaranteed, the crazy part is every time you ask employees for help if the item is in stick will tell you the inventory is wrong and that is why it’s not being ordered because the computer thinks it’s in stock when it’s not… or its in stock and it’s actually a faulty returned or damaged item someone swapped and placed the old item in the returned box and got money back, employees aren’t trained enough to tell the difference or even trained enough to manage inventory! Inventory in trailer section needs some attention!

Friendly staff and the supplies I need for my birds.
Just yesterday I went to pick up some food from tractor supply. There was a logistics issue and I spoke to luna. Luna took charge took responsibility did not blame anything and help me through the issue of getting the correct bag of feed if she wasn't there I don't know if I would have gotten the right one. Also Roberto helped quite a bit with this issue and provided excellent customer service. Good job Luna good job Roberto thank you so much it was great experience

I go to Tractor Supply a lot to buy food, treats for my pets and chickens. One thing that I enjoy from this store vs any other is the great customer service I get from Luna. She's always willing to help, polite, have a smile and awesome attitude. These qualities are hard to find nowadays. I'll make this store my favorite to shop from now on. Thank you Luna for always being so nice. See you soon!!!

I was looking for some new cat treats to get for my cats and could not find the churu treats I had saw on the website. An employee named Luna was very helpful in finding the case of churu, she was very attentive!

They are open till 9Pm but at 7:30 they said propane is closed for the night. they can't fill propane then you need to advertise that you stopped selling propane after a certain time before your business closes.

I went to tractor supply in cape coral. to buy large amount of feed for my animals. The head manager i forget his name and karlee were very helpful with getting me taken care of. And Luna and I believe was travis were very helpful with helping loading and getting it into my truck. Thank you all.

Poor customer service – disappointing experience
I went to Tractor Supply yesterday looking to exchange or refill a propane tank. I approached an employee named Chris to ask for help, but he treated me very rudely. He didn’t even finish explaining and walked away while I was still speaking. I got no clear answer until I approached an older gentleman that explained the situation, and even apologized for not being able to help.
I truly appreciate the kindness of the older gentleman, but Chris’s attitude was completely inappropriate. I hope the store improves its customer service, because experiences like this make people not want to return.

This place is a joke, store is always unorganized and the propane is always broken, never working always missing some type of piece of equipment to refill. Don’t waste your time or money at this store go somewhere else. This place has been like this for almost a year, and I’m banning it from my list of stores. NEVER again, I would rather drive 2 hrs in any direction far away from this store and give my businesses to any other store. 👎 👎👎👎👎

I was too busy to go to the store and decided to get the items I needed delivered. I am pleased that I did. The delivery driver named Bill kept me posted on when he would arrive with my order. Bill was pleasant and ensured to place my 2 40lb bags of fish feed where it was convenient for me. Thank you for your Great service and cordiality Bill! Hope you all know he is an asset to Tractor Supply Cape Coral.

Dont ever Go past 6pm to Refill your Empty Propane tanks Here... They will tell you the machine is broken , Today my friend went around 5:45pm and refill all his tanks , I went 6pm and the guy in the front which obviously didn't want to Work , just told me the machine is broken I told him how come my friend was just here 🫤😏🤮This is the 3rd time this happens they just Don't want to refill propane past 6pm... I came almost 20 min drive , very dissapointed Never again will bring my propane tanks here
