I want to inform you that the attention from the guy was good but I don't know what happened that they only charged $42 when the truck was delivered and after 15 days they took $102 from my card that I actually lent it to my boyfriend to do it and They have not given any justification, that is called scam.

Love the store, trucks are clean, outrageous mileage charge of 99 cent a mile. Had it not been a last minute move I would of rented elsewhere.

The guys in Cape Coral will rent a vehicle from very nice guys. Very very accommodating price was 200 and some dollars to drive it from Cape Coral to Vero Beach one way and Uhaul just blew waver as fresh because you check out Penske and they were $1400 for the same size truck choose a 22 foot truck and sign same distance budget was $1200 the same size truck and the same distance so you’ve all definitely had our back took care of it now when we got to the other end and the trucks suck up gas I’m gonna tell you that they suck up gas big time, but now we get to the other end to drop the car off it was a 24 hour drop off and I follow the directions and then they charge me again another $78 for dropping it off after after hours but it’s a 24 hour drop off so there are no after hours. And that was the Vero Beach U-Haul off of US one and Vero Beach so the four stars go for the guys in Cape Coral Cape Coral because they did a stellar job but two stars are one star for the people in Vero Beach for charging me for things I shouldn’t been charged for.

I went online and ordered a van last minute on a holiday for the next day. They had it ready and everyone was very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend them for truck rental needs!!

Originally I rented a 5’x9’ utility trailer for a specific size load I had to move. When I got home the trailer looked a little small and when I measured the width of the bed it was only 4’5” wide, which wasn’t going to work for my load. (Not sure why U-Haul has it listed as 5’ wide?) when I returned to Debonos they were able to get me a 6’x12’ enclosed trailer and transferred all the paperwork to quickly get me hooked up and on the road. They made the change quick and easy, so I will definitely use Debonos for all of my U-Haul needs and recommend them to friends and family!

This rental experience was outstanding. Everything was super quick and easy. The young lady that helped me out made it a smooth transaction. This is my second time renting here and they are great. Also...buy something from their deli...wow!
