Went into Ulta today, this isn’t a review for the store but for Chanel. She greeted me as soon as I walked in, asked what I needed help with and immediately was able to recommend all the products I needed. In addition, I had just switched foundations this past year and was color matched by multiple associates and never got the right shade, I finally found my shade on my own and I needed to pick more up but forgot my shade, she color matched me and initially I thought it was a perfect match but was unsure if it was going to be too light. I get home and she had matched me with my exact shade I already have. The crazy part is it only took her one shot to get my exact shade. She was awesome and felt that I needed to write a review to recognize her specifically, thank you Chanel! I will be coming to you in the future.

One of the better Ulta Beauties that I have been too. The clearance items are a bit disorganized and the sale signs are not well displayed. Other than that the atmosphere is great and the employees are very friendly and helpful.

I went shopping on Christmas Eve, and I saw plenty of staff around; however, they only had one cashier working. I only wanted a gift card. Next time, it's to Publix for me to get a gift card.

Rude Salon ManagerI have been a client of Ulta for a very long time and have been getting blowouts weekly for several years. The staff remaining there is great, however I have noticed a high attrition rate . This afternoon I came in for a blowout and as I was paying at the register, the salon manager approached me and sternly told me I would have to pay $20 more than my regular fee, due to a new policy. I did not disagree and respectfully paid the amount, but as a long-time customer I did not like the way I was spoken to. There was zero appreciation for my dedication as a client, and I will be reluctant to have a service done here again. As feedback, executive management should train middle management to respect and appreciate clients as pleasant delivery can make all the difference.
