I can’t say enough great things about Andy at the UPS Store! He is incredibly accommodating, always friendly, and truly goes out of his way to make every visit smooth and stress-free. Whether it’s handling packages, printing needs, or just answering questions with a smile, Andy brings a level of customer service that’s rare to find these days. I usually come to this office only for a return. Today I came to send something and didn't know how to do it. I've only been in the country for a short time and I'm still having some difficulty with the language. A young man named Andy was very kind and empathetic with me. I really appreciate his help; he was very pleasant and friendly. Excellent service always, but today's service left me very satisfied.

Always an excellent experience at this UPS Store on Cape Coral Parkway. The staff is consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely ready to assist with anything I need. Whether it’s shipping, printing, or just answering questions, they go above and beyond. It’s rare to find such dependable and kind service these days. We truly appreciate them and will always continue to come back to this location!

UPS store in Big John’s center in Cape Coral, Florida. Great staff. Knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful. This is the only UPS location I go to whenever possible

Today my sister and I went to The UPS Store off Del Prado in Cape Coral. What a great experience! We were met by David upon entering to Store and he helped me find the perfect box to send all items for my baby grandson back to TX. Then I had two menial packages to send to granddaughters and he helped me find postage that matched the rural area in which they live with the small value of fun packages their Nana was sending! David was professional, courteous and friendly...EXACTLY the type of employee I would hire! Thank you for the exemplary service!
