Verizon is lucky to have Dalton in their employ. He was very well versed on the phones we purchased, extremely helpful with the transition, and patient with 2 senior citizens attempting to learn the new options.

Set appointment for 1pm. They were ready and waiting for me at 1pm. Customer service was great and I was in and out with new phone in hand within about 30 minutes. Great overall experience!

My phone was not working properly so I went to the Pine Island Rd. location. They young girl there messed with it but couldn't fix it so I had to wait for the guy working there. He went through my phone and did several things but couldn't fix it either and just said "I don't know how to fix the problems". When he gave it back several apps were gone. I showed him and he just said "They weren't there when you came in". I said that I'm sure they were and that where they used to be is now empty spots. He tried to argue with me so I just left. I called Verizon and a lady spent 1 1/2 hours trying to help me. She made some progress but the major problem was still not fixed. I ended up deleting an app and reinstalled it which fixed all the problems. The problems started after I was forced to update the phone. Steer clear of this place as they do not know what they are doing and are very unprofessional!!!

brand new customer that needed simple help and waited over an hour for it to be told they can’t do anything and to send me to another store that also couldn’t do anything. just went ahead and canceled my account, i’ll stick my previous provider because at least they assist their customers.

Service manager attended to me and it took time for the phones to exchange data. The problem I have is I was charged for the service and replacement protection cover after my phone was deemed faulty by Verizon $47

In case anyone is looking for a new phone/plan you should consider going to the Verizon store @ 706 SW Pine Island Rd, Cape Coral. I recommend asking for Annette, she’s just been promoted to manager & in my opinion it’s well deserved. This is the third set of phones/plans that we have purchased through her, she is very professional, knowledgeable & personable. She asks what you do with your phones & then advises you on what’s best in her opinion, if you don’t agree she’ll continue to find what’s best for you. No pressure it was a pleasure dealing with her, we’ll be back in two years & hope she’s still there !

I've been a Verizon customer for over 30 years I have never ever experienced the great service that I received from annettte at this store. She went above and beyond and literally single-handedly saved Verizon from losing a long standing customer. She took the time to listen to me vent and showed empathy and understanding. I cannot say enough about her knowledge and her great attitude. I wish Verizon could replicate her at every store! She is such a great representative and I can't thank her enough! It's my only hope that Verizon recognizes her and compensates her for being a such fantastic employee and let me tell you, those are few and far between especially at Verizon! Trust me as a long-term Verizon customer you can't afford to lose this one so don't for ALL our sales! Thank you.

Had a terrible morning with tech support and they pushed me off to go into a store. Didnt know if they would help me, but Annette was happy to solve my issues. She did it efficiently and showed a great amount of patience! 100% go to her!
