Nav Singh was SO helpful when my phone stopped working. The sim card was bad. He was able to help me get a good deal on purchasing a newer phone at a nice price.

Olga has just lost her husband and we’ve had nothing but the run around from other people trying to get her things set up for herself. This sweetheart’s only aim was to make sure everything was done right and we understood everything. No hassles period. We give her an 11+++. Stores need more employees like her. I stopped in last night after my phone had officially frustrated me to no end. I had an iphone 13 that lasted me 5 years but it was time for an upgrade. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Noelle (sorry if incorrect spelling) and she was AMAZING! I have never gone into a phone store and spent less than an hour changing devices. she had me in and out with a new phone in 30 minutes. she was so helpful with the whole process and though I hope I dont need a new phone for another five years, if I do im coming here again! At the end of everything she even walked me out the door which was just an added customer service piece that was nice. If you come here ask for Noelle if possible shes the best!!

We can certainly understand why Joey is the store manager. He is very knowledgeable and put us at ease at all times for a couple old people. We got two new phones and he made the process a breeze and smooth as can be.

You can say the service prices are high, but you really do get what you pay for. What you don’t pay for, but you’d be happy to, is the quality of customer service here. I’ve been coming to this location for years, and every interaction has been pleasant, respectful, and never pushy. Morgan is the rep I always recommend for any phone needs. She has a superb attitude and great product knowledge. Shout out to Dan for training such a great sales rep. Thank you!

This Verizon retail store has blown me away with their customer service and knowledge.
First they helped my wife find the best deals when trading her iPhone 14 Pro Max, trading her Apple Watch 9, and with the deal she was able to get a New IPhone 16 Pro Max, Apple Watch 10 and an iPad 10 for my little boy.
They spent the time to get what she needed and more.
On our second visit I was able to enroll my business with Verizon and they guided me to eventually transfer all my lines over to Verizon Business.

The manager and staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Took them 3 minutes to fix what the Santa Barbara store couldn't do in 2 days.
