This is a fabulous location!Jason, the store manager, is outstanding personally and professionally. Andrew gets kudos for helping me twice in complicated hospitalization issues. Candace was also helpful, kind, and caring on the phone.This store rocks the house!!!

Upgraded my phone a few days ago. A friend suggested I try this location. Service was A+. From start to finish. What a smooth transaction. Don’t remember the associate’s name, but what a great experience. Highly recommend this location.

Everyone here is very nice and professional. Angel helped me get a new phone recently after I dropped and broke my screen. He took extra time to make sure everything transferred over properly. Very pleased with my transaction!

Carlos De Cespedes , I appreciate his great services he went above and beyond to help me get a new phone he made it painless and effortless for me to switch from a different company . The store itself is ran amazing I recommend all friends and families to come to this Verizon store if they have any issues or want to buy phones they get you in and out and make switching phones easy !! We have been with Verizon for more than 20 years with one break when we left for another provider. This service was so bad we could not wait to return to Verizon. Price is not the most important issue. Service is much more important. I believe we have met the very best Verizon representative in the communication business. (SKYLER). He is located in the Cape Coral office off Cape Coral Parkway. I came in this past week to leave Verizon one again as my phone bill was 184.00 for two phones. Skyler immediately said "Take it easy Mr Kleiner and allow me to see why your charges are so high" In 10 minutes he showed me how to save 45.00. Black Friday Specials! In 30 minutes we completed a great Verizon process. I left the store with our two phones, the Version Internet and YouTube TV services.These changes save us 150.00 each month leaving Comcast (Xfinity) and remaining with Verizon. SKYLER, after working a double came to our home and spent three hours with two eighty year old seniors to get us properly set up. SKYLER'S attitude was extremely positive, polite and highly professional. Never have we worked with such an outstanding young man.Thank you Verizon for having employees of this caliber on your team. No, SKYLER is not our Grandson! If he was we would be very proud and were proud of him anyway! Tyler is going a long way in his career? I know this to be true! Take care of him and look at how he deals with Verizon Prospects and current customers. We must applaud local Verizon Management for their hands on training because it appears to be excellent. However, SKYLER has a great deal of talent that is natural for him that cannot be taught!

Do not use VerizonTheir service is terrible and their customer service is atrocious. They never assigned my last payment by phone to my closed account, so they sent me to collections even though they owe me a refund. When I reached out to customer service they said they couldn't help me even though I have proof of payment and said I had to call collections.

I was having trouble retrieving emails on my cell phone and desperately needed to send some email back up north while visiting in Florida. I went to see Skyler at the Cape Coral Parkway store and he was very patient and professional ! After at least a half hour and many different applications, he was able to help me reinstall and retrieve my email account so I could send what I needed! It was very refreshing to have a young man like Skyler take his time in a pleasant and professional manner without being condescending, which is what I’ve run into too often in the service industry. A very refreshing experience!

We saw Mario in our park. Jim and I started talking with him and ask him to help us get a new phone. He was very nice and easy to talk with. Very informative and polite. So we went to our home and started the paper work. I liked the flip phone so we asked Mario to set us up with to of them. We are totally enjoying them.

I would like to make a comment about an employee named Angel, who helped me purchase and set up a new iPad and two new phones. He was not only very knowledgeable, but also very patient and had the determination to stick with a problem until it was resolved. I am very grateful that he was Available to help me.
