Elena was so helpful and patient with me while transferring my data from my old phone to new one. She answered all my questions and never rushed the process of explaining. She also provided simple solutions to various tasks.
She would definitely qualify for an EXCEPTIONAL employee and a raise!

we attempted to purchase a iphone 16 pro at their kiosk at the rv show. they didn't have it so they said they would ship it. we received an empty box. they asked me to submit it to my insurance althought i never received the phone. Verizon is / was no help. the police were called and seemed to help. as of today , no communication from the store and they are charging me for a phone i never received. this feels like they are commiting insurance fraud by stealing the phone then attempting to get me to place it on my insurance although i never received a phone.
ive been a verizon customer for nearly 20 years. they could care less.

When you go to the Verizon store to send a phone in, and they say you aren’t a customer lol then what service am I using? I am a Verizon customer. Also thanks for trying to scam me by opening another line that I never even brought up. Hope you enjoy the unemployment line.
Edit: how about actually training employees to not be rude, like not that hard to find another carrier which gets tempting every time. Before we upgraded to the newest iPhone so a year or two ago they didnt even know how to activate the phone LOL. I’ve never heard of any other carrier not knowing how to activate a new phone. Dude was looking for a SIM card not knowing that’s a thing of the past. Don’t choose Verizon, at least go to any other location. Go to a location that actually knows what they are doing and treats you with respect. You won’t regret my review don’t give this location a penny.

If you don't want to waste your time and money, don't come to this store. In a month that I have been with them and come to the store more than 10 times, no one gives a solution to the problems, it is disrespectful how they play with their customers!!!

I give it one star because it is mandatory to give some rating to be able to upload it and comment on my experience. If I could I would give it zero. Very bad service and bad attention. I definitely don't recommend this store to anyone who doesn't want to waste their time and money.

I had the best customer service today his name is Greg he was awesome he went through things very thoroughly with me and explained everything very good when I come back I hope I run into Greg again he was a delightful customer customer service representative thank you Michelle, I wanted to add another review for Michael at Verizon off Santa Barbara in Cape, Ty Michael for taking care of my issue, Well issue I thought I had, You are very knowledgeable n helped me out a lot n very pleasant to work with !! Highly recommend Michael !! Tysm Again!!

Cameron is AMAZING 🤩 I took my daughter into the store to get her a new phone for Christmas, Cameron made the process so quick and easy and we left with a new ipad as well as my daughter's new iphone. I was trying to do it all online by myself, however, didn't know where to begin...we went into the store to figure it all out and Cameron had us on our way back home with our new devices in less than 45 minutes. He keeps it real which I have never ending appreciation for because real one's are hard to find now-a-days ....so thank you Cameron...you are THE BEST!!!!💯💯💯

My husband and I recently moved to Cape Coral. We wanted to purchase a new tablet for navigation on our boat. We had the best experience with this Verizon store. Vivecca the Verizon representative that assisted us was professional, knowledgeable, and patient with our many questions. Vivecca went out of her way to get us a great tablet at an awesome deal. If you are looking for great service Vivecca and this location is the place to go.

Vivecca is absolutely the best of the best!! I made the not so great decision to switch to android after being with an iPhone for over ten years. As soon as I received my Samsung in the mail I hated it. Too big of a change, no matter how much I tried to get used to it. Even though it took a couple days to get my new IPhone in the mail due to me having to return my Samsung at a Verizon corporate store and having to wait for my iPhone to get delivered to the store Vivecca was at, Vivecca made the process absolutely effortless and kept me updated on the delivery of my new iPhone. I’m so happy to be back with an Apple device. Thank you to Vivecca for making that happen! I’m a new Verizon customer (within the past month) and I’m happy to stay with them, especially now that I have Vivecca’s help at a local store.

This Verizon store on Santa Barbara is the worst. When I upgraded my Iphone they told me they could save me money on my monthly bill with a promotion they were having to add an extra line. My bill skyrocketed. I had to call someone from Verizon customer care to get it straightened out. Also, I talked to someone recently about an issue with a screen protector that I had bought there. The guy wasn't willing to help me and was extremely rude. I made the switch to T-Mobile and have experienced far better customer service.

Came in today and Justin Toledo helped us he was extremely helpful and was very nice and pleasant. He made the hole experience very easy and simple and he was very willing to help us set up all are new devices. If your looking for help he’s your guy definitely a 5 star experience with him
