Incredibly poor customer service. They mistakenly over billed me and said there’s nothing they can do about it but wait seven days for “customer service” to review and credit my account. Well, they never did and took an extra $380 out of my bank account. Now they supposedly can’t return the money for three more days. The staff in the store are no help and unconcerned with the complaint or relationship.

Pretty horrible experience across the board but it seems to be the result of Verizon's policies more so than the employees. Still a horrible experience overall.

I want to say that this is the best store in town, having Karen and Business rep. Dario, there the experience is great! They greet people with a huge smile, so friendly, making me feel comfortable. They LISTEN to my needs (don’t yell like others there) and they help me to solve any issues with my phones. One day, while waiting, I asked one question about phone chains to another member there and she did not even said a word, only directed me to the place where the phone chains are and did like “ they are here, in your face” as it was just right there and I missed it. Not friendly at all!! 😫 Sorry girl to disturb you! That is why When I come in I look for them ONLY, and, if they are not around I leave and come back when they are. I even call to ask first. Karen, when she hears me, has come from her lunch break to greet me and I even wait until she is done so she can help me. She is really special. Dario too. I have seen the treatment from others there and no, no. Only Karen and Dario. I will follow them where ever they go! That is one of the reasons I moved from the other company. They oriented me and all they said was honest. And fast and reliable. I am referring business to them all the time. Is Hard to find good and honest people now a days! Thanks Karen and Dario!! Keep up the good work!!

Today 11/1/25 was in this store what racism by the assistant manager Jeff and a black haired lady who says she doesn't speak Spanish even though she looks Puerto Rican I don't recommend this place stay away unfortunately it's close by and we might have to go back there… what a shame for this one country to have people serving the public who should be in prison
Today, January 11, 2025 I was at this place. I had to deal with Jeff very racist person and another young woman with a black hair she said don't speak Spanish even if she looks Puerto Rican I don't recommend to come to this place. unfortunately it's close to my house. I may need to return….. what a shame for this country have people like those serving the public when they must be in jail.

Terrible service, they sold me a cell phone, a line to the business account and I received two invoices for around $500 because they had not changed from a personal account to a business account. It was their negligence. The skinny girl with black hair assisted me when she sold us everything very The service was good but when I returned due to the problem she literally ignored me and told me I am not a business person when she was the one who did the process and that I had to pay I called the Verizon assistants and they told the truth that in that store they are not helping you in front of to her bone they emphasized their negligence I DO NOT RECOMMEND

We been with Verizon for 25 years and they keep raising rates.We ask if they had a loyalty discount and they said no.Time to start looking for a different carrier.

Horrible service from an assistant manager named "Jeff". Apple recently replaced my Iphone 14 Pro. Not wanting to walk around with an unprotected phone I stopped in at this Verizon with a Zagg screen protector that I purchased from Amazon, after another Verizon far away told me they would be happy to put it on if I purchased from Amazon.
Jeff was rude, unfriendly, and in general, not customer service oriented. Directed his staff not to out on the screen protector and walked away in a huff when I said I would take full responsibility.
As an aside most of the screen protectors that Verizon sells add a grey off color to the display especially ones with the word "steel" in them. Also recommend , the full damage or loss protection insurance from Apple Care Plus, a much better insurance then Verizon phone Insurance and comparable in price, .
Would pass this store up for the friendlier Verizons nearby.

Stopped for help after losing my phone, and Paul helped by verifying I had insurance coverage, and letting me use the phone to file the claim. He even helped me out the next day when I couldn’t figure out how to activate the new phone asurion sent. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I had a sound issue with my Android phone and went to this store for help. Manny greeted me immediately and after explaining the issue he resolved the issue within a minute. He was excellent!
