“Veterinarians are very knowledgeable, and kind. Good with the animals and the pet parents. Staff very professional and knowledgeable. It usually does not take very long to get an appointment. They do have emergency hours at night if needed. Large selection of veterinary pet foods available. ? We have 2 cats. One is 12 weeks old, and one is 17. I trust them with care for Both of them. Love this place!”

“Dr Peterson saved my dogs life & I cannot be anymore grateful for what her and the staff have done for Binx! We called at 5pm on Thursday and was told to come ASAP her and her staff ran a lot of test on my dog and stayed past closing time to finish his test. I got a call from the Dr as soon as they opened the next day with results and was told to come back in for more testing. I had no appointment either time and they got Binx looked at immediately. This is a very honest and fair priced vet. She was honest and referred me to a 24/7 animal hospital which saved his life. Thank you guys for everything you guys do!”

“I needed to board my dog Jack for the Memorial Day weekend and being new to the area I wasn't sure who I could trust. Where we used to live my dog's vet was with VCA so it was nice to see there was a VCA here in Cape Coral and they also had a pet resort. So for me, it was a win win situation. It was so easy to transfer Jack's records over here since both veterinarians are under VCA. Before boarding I took him in to get caught up on his vaccines and to establish a relationship with the new vet. Everyone there was so friendly, patient and professional. Boarding him here was a breeze they didn't require prescreening like some other boarding places in the area. They didn't require unnecessary vaccines, just the main ones. Baywood does one on one care with the animals so the dogs get the full attention of the technician, which I loved. When I dropped off Jack the boarding tech came to pick him up at the waiting room and asked me to leave him like you would a child on the first day of kindergarten. I thought it was funny but I totally understood. When I picked up Jack he was happy to see me and the boarding tech. told me how it did. I took him home and bathed him (my choice) and he passed out on the couch. Now Jack has only been boarded twice before this and both times they were not pleasant. Both times he was boarded was in Broward county on the east coast of Florida. One time he caught kennel cough (he was vaccinated) and the other time he came back hoarse and with a rash on his stomach. When I picked up Jack at Baywood he was peppy, he wasn't hoarse, didn't get any illnesses, nothing. If you don't mind not having all the perks of a pool, live webcams and group playtime then I would highly recommend this pet resort. The only thing I would have loved is to see the inside where they slept, to see how big it is. This will be our go to place for boarding Jack when he can't come with us.”

“I had my first visit with this facility for my cat Oscar. To start im pleasantly pleased to know that enough staff are there to answer your call at any time. As well as being very polite and patient with me on the phone, in person was the same. I had a few different ones that answered my calls as well. The first assistant I had that called us into the room was professional, polite and patient as well. Im terrible with names, so I apologize in advance. She took the time to talk with me. That's a plus. Then the doctor came in, I believe Dr. Bean. Again beyond professional, took her time with exam yet very patient, gentle, and has a great rapport with animals. This facility does exams and vaccines in your presence, which I'm fond of. Only exception today was hydration. Which I can understand. We as well had a second assistant, didn't see her for long but was polite and helpful as well. Facility is clean, and welcoming. Also was seen on time, prompt. We are blessed for such a wonderful place of business. Pricing is reasonable as well, so far, lol. My cat needs dental care so we shall see about that. Thank you.”
