Terrible experience at this nail salon. A basic gel manicure took over an hour and a half. The polish had to be corrected multiple times, and they left paint on my skin.

After hurricane Milton, I needed my nails done immediately. I found this place open on a Sunday. Vivian was more than accommodating . I was surprised to see the excellence in her work. She was very detailed in everything that I had requested adding to all her knowledge to make my hands look beyond to my expectations. VIP Nails and Spa is clean and family oriented. This is will be my new place for my nails to be done. I hidden gem. Thank you Vivian for your special attention to my needs.

Don’t send your 17-year-old daughter there and her friend to get her nails done. They take advantage of them nails were coming off the next day responded. We will do nothing no refund no repair. They just hung up on us.

I received a French pedicure while there. The lines were inconsistent and the nail tech I went to had been doing nails for 20years. I was on vacation so I didn’t bother having her correct it. Paying $75 with a tip wasn’t worth it, you’re better off going to another chop shop.

This is my new spot for nails!!!! First time visiting today with my husband and we both loved our pedicures!!! Very clean, very kind. Prices were good. Highly recommend!!!

Been living in the cape for over 5 years and my mom and I stumbled on to this salon by accident, but so happy we did. The best pedicure and customer service in town. We now go monthly and are always taken care of. I Highly recommend this salon

Unfortunately, I must agree with several other clients..receptionist (Vivian) was very rude and curt to me and someone else who called in.
I arrived about 7 minutes early for my pedicure appointment with Andrew. I noticed he was still doing another clients pedicure.., Vivian took me to a pedicure chair, reclined the back then left…( no water in the spa chair) sat there for another 20 minutes past my appointment while I watched Andrew work on the same client, still no water in my pedicure chair..after another 10 minutes, 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment, I finally asked if they could at least add water so I could soak my feet..mind you, Vivian walked past me several times while I just sitting there! 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment Andrew finished with the “walk in” who took my appointment and began my pedicure. He apologized for the delay, making some excuse about gel polish being the delay. I understand they aren’t busy and need the business, but you don’t take unscheduled clients over scheduled appointments….the pedicure was fine..however, Andrew said a very unprofessional snarky comment during my appointment..so.. I clearly understand why there are only 3 people working there and very sparse business..will not return..too many other choices with better staff and services!

I have been going to VIP-Vivian for over 9 year’s and have never had a bad experienced! I would highly recommend this salon to everyone! They accommodate anyone that walks through the door!!
