Coming here reminds me why I chose CVS long time ago, I haven't needed Walgreens service in so many years, I didn't even know they had a LAB. We came here today about 10:15am, for my child for lab work. The person attending had a huge attitude, did not provide service because we didn't know we needed a mask. We couldn't buy any and she was unwilling to provide any masks to us so we had to leave. Will never use the lab or Wallgreens again.

This has been the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I have been trying to transfer a prescription here. I have done this numerous times with other pharmacies and have had zero issues. The first time I called, filled out some paperwork, they told me it would be ready in 90 mins. Two hours later I received no message saying it was ready so I called and they told me they haven't received anything saying I wanted a transfer. So I filled out paperwork, again. Mind you I am in pain, my finger tips are killing me. They tell me it will be 24-48 hours and have no idea why anyone told me 90 mins originally. Okay, whatever. So after 24 hours I go there, the lady said she had tried to call my original pharmacy multiple times and no one called back. So she goes to call, and ends up calling my cellphone then I tell her she's calling the wrong number and then she calls my pharmacy and they closed at 2 pm. I told her since it's clearly a huge issue, to please forget my transfer so I can just get it when I go back home to my original pharmacy. Now I'm back home and I call my pharmacy, and my prescription is at the freaking Walgreens!!!!!!! I call Walgreens again, to get this straightened out, and get hung up on. I call AGAIN and they say they have no idea where my prescription is that they have never received it. I have never in my life dealt with so much incompetence in a pharmacy before. Please do yourself a favor and do nooootttttt get prescriptions here. Save yourself the headache.

Right after the hurricane, while everyone else is going without power without food and without water your wonderful walgreens employees were looting their own store led by the stores own pharmacist removing cases of beer, bags of ice, cases of water. Doesn’t surprise me this is typical of Walgreens because they’ve always been a scummy store that is all motivated by their own greed So their employees just reinforce that point

I've been using Walgreens for ages. I used up north in 2 different states & recently moved to the cape. I have many prescriptions due to multiple health issues & I don't think this pharmacy has gotten things right once. I suppose it's my own fault for not changing stores (yet). This is very close to my house & someone in the household drives past almost every day. The pharmacist fills prescriptions that I haven't asked for and refuses to fill others. It's also very disheartening to hear a pharmacist telling another customer NOT to take her prescription per the doctors orders. I've always loved Walgreens but now I think I'm going to have to switch to cvs which I didn't like as much before my move...

Quick stop because I had hoped that my contact lens solution could hold out for my two weeks in Florida but it did not. This store is laid out the same as many others, so I was able to find what I needed very quickly. The young lady at the register was polite, welcoming me to the store and quickly ringing up my purchase when I was complete. This was a good stop. 1) slow service, long line to pay. No auto service to self check out.2) In the middle.of the Delta variant explosion with hospitals full in a Pharmacy where elder people, sick people, pregnant women, etc go in.. it makes no sense that masks aren't mandatory. Its such a lack of responsibility and respect for all..

The store at 2710 Del Prado has the absolute worst employees in their pharmacy. Not only are they incapable of doing their job CORRECTLY, but they have NO compassion. I will never use them again, nor will I be silent about the level of treatment they gave my wife.

I mean...it's Walgreens, right? It is what it is. However, since I frequent this place often enough, it's right across from me job, I might as well let people know what it's like. It's relatively clean, organized, never any issues finding things. I did use the pharmacy one time and the line was a bit slow but overall they got what I needed. I usually come in here when I'm starving (not really) and forgot my snacks. I can't work if I'm hungry apparently so...I go across the street to stuff my face usually full of granola bars or shamefully, chocolate. I sometimes like to just not use my wallet and try Google Pay but it takes longer than normal. Really hold up the line doing that, eh? They seem to have had a few longer term employees which is nice because they know what they're doing. I can't complain too much I suppose.

This place ALWAYS closes early!! Needed two mins to run in and grab something... got there 10 mins before closing... doors are already locked. Not the first time this has happened to me at this location. If you want to close early... that's fine... just fix your sign to say that you close at "9:45ish" so people know.

Entire staff from the Pharmacy to the registers are just outstanding period is always a friendly person to greet you and help you out. The only negative thing that I can find is if you need to refill a prescription using the automated system. The voice on your automated system has great difficulty understanding what has been spoken. I need a prescription refilled it's just best to go right to the pharmacy on the phone. Otherwise the automated system will just drive you crazy. As with so many other businesses it's the staff that makes Walgreens so successful.
