The store itself is always on point but the pharmacy is nearly impossible to get on the phone and call in scripts are not immediate they project the next day .

Jerri in the pharmacy has been the most disrespectful and offensive person I’ve ever had the displeasure of interacting with. Not only will she greet you with a very clear display of her annoyance with your existence, but it has also been accompanied by an eye roll every time. She is not communicative unless a pharmacist is in, likes to talk down to guests and talk over them even when on the phone with their doctor. Because of her I have been unable to get my prescription filled for almost a month now. It is a medication that I rely on for safety (with driving). She made sure to not tell me nor my neurologist’s nurse exactly why my medication couldn’t be filled, instead she chose to give bits of information and withhold others. There was a gentleman that did say it could’ve been ready by the following Monday, however when I checked on Monday, guess who said it couldn’t be filled? Jerri. I understand and appreciate the protocols in place for the types of medication I have to take, but I think it’s unnecessary to be so horrible to people who are just trying their best to comply. Especially when their safety is at risk and they’ve been MORE THAN PATIENT. It wasn’t until a few days ago that I was finally told what the missing info was and that was from a fill-in pharmacist. I would not recommend this pharmacy to my worst enemy unless they want to be treated as a lesser being.

Today, I had the best experience at Walgreens. My head was pounding, my vision impaired from the headache and the lights. An employee named Bridget basically led me there and even suggested a few different options, which I ended up getting. I wasn't even expecting help when I walked in, but by the time I left I had already started to feel better ?. Thanks Bridget ? ?, you really made a difference in my day.

Pharmacist Melody was very helpful, courteous, and patient with my issue. I'm thankfully she overheard me asking for a manager. She had a similar issue and knew how to rectify this issue for me. Thank you Melody, you are appreciated!5 ? ? ? ? ? service

So frustrated, starting w t parking lot, employees park in front. Lot is always mostly full, w 4 ppl in t store. Small width parking spaces. Many hiccups w t pharmacy. Rx not filled, they text it's ready, not ready. E-mails, redundancy and confusion. Auto refill request for ONE and they auto refill all. And t front cashier not too friendly and limited English.

Very grateful for Len- the pharmacist- for fulfilling late-night, last-minute scripts. It’s not fun being sick while away from home, but I truly appreciated the time and effort she put into getting us the medication we need to get better.

I would give 0 stars since I walked out of there after being treated rude and belittled by 2 of the employees at the register. One had not enough English capacity to explain what I was asking her about, just saying "I don't know", and then that she will cancel my transaction since the wait time (for another employee that she requested for help) was long. When I finally wanted to cancel that transaction she immediately asked to wait for that person. Well, a young girl with green hair was not any pleasant. Not only they spoke in Spanish to each other while I am standing there and could explain my question but the green hair girl had the audacity to talk back to me so entire store could hear when I was walking out of there after being treated so poorly. Save yourself a trip.

I have been on the same medication for almost 3 years now, and every single month this pharmacy will not fill my prescription!!! I have put it on auto refills and every month for the past 3 years I have had to go in and put a request even though it's something I've been on for 3 YEARS! And even then they don't just fill it, I have to go in and literally tell them I'm not leaving until they fill it. It's in my opinion them discriminating on what they fill because of what my medication is. Well I have been clean for 3 YEARS BECAUSE OF THIS MEDICINE AND THEY MAKE ME STRESS EVERY SINGLE MONTH IF THEY ARE GOING TO FILL IT. I have to wait til I'm completely out every single month and that's straight up unacceptable. I'm over it and feeling discriminated on because of my past and the fact I take a medicine that has kept me clean for 3 years I have gotten my child back FULL TIME, I have got all A's in school and working in an amazing health care job and yet I still feel like they treat me like the addict I was 3 years ago when this is not something that gets me high it is a maintenance medication and they refuse to fill it. I'm SO SICK OF THIS PHARMACY

This Walgreens on the Cape Coral parkway used to be one of the best stores around but within the past few years it has really taken a downturn. The pharmacy department for 2 months in a row failed order enough medication to fill it but they failed to ever call and let me know. This was the final straw time to switch to CVS who were very helpful getting it done

Prices are high unless you have their membership, even then some things are still higher than walmart.

UPDATEI just left Walgreens again and had yet another awesome experience!I had several questions regarding downloading for photo prints.Louis was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. He answered my questions and remained patient and friendly.I returned to Walgreens about an hour later and Rashia helped me with the final process of getting my photos. She was eager to help and advised me she would have my pictures in a very few minutes. She was also exceptionally nice and patient!I feel it’s important to recognize people who try very hard to help! I hope Walgreens management recognizes these young employees for the outstanding job they are doing!I had an awesome young lady named Val who went out of her way to assist me.She was friendly and patient and courteous!
