Horrible service. Never calls to let you know your prescription is ready. Doctor called prescription in on their recorder. For 2 weeks I've been calling to check if my prescription was filled and now they told me that the doctor never called. I called the doctor twice and they keep telling me that they called it in. I switched Walgreens to the one on Coronado and Cape Coral Pkwy, even though they are further from me. Always had good service from this loction.

I actually love how quick it was, I checked in on the kiosk and a minute later I was taken into the room to do my labs. Everyone was sweet I also was there for only 10 minutes the lady literally got the needle in my arm in 2 seconds very quick nice people I'm not sure why the reviews are so negative I had a good experience as a first time and I love that I can walk here from my house.

Pharmacist and staff Need to be fired. Rude and inconsiderate never been treated so badly over the phone while having an issue trying to get my prescription approved while my insurance was on the phone. Then the lady lied to my insurance and said my medicine was never sent to that location. Then she backtracked and stated it was.Y’all need to fix the issue

Horrible pharmacy. You will get notifications that your prescription is ready but when you go they tell you it isn’t and you have to come back. So I would get in the habit of calling the pharmacy tech to make sure it was ready and when I would call a women would answer and say “please hold.” 6 times in a row. & forget about the drive-thru, they will leave you waiting by the window for over 20min.

Coming here reminds me why I chose CVS long time ago, I haven't needed Walgreens service in so many years, I didn't even know they had a LAB. We came here today about 10:15am, for my child for lab work. The person attending had a huge attitude, did not provide service because we didn't know we needed a mask. We couldn't buy any and she was unwilling to provide any masks to us so we had to leave. Will never use the lab or Wallgreens again.

I have used this pharmacy for years and it is always a pleasure going in whether it be for a prescription, cosmetics counter, photo shop, or just checking out items I’ve picked up in the store. The pharmacists and pharmacy assistant’s are wonderful, very friendly and very helpful. Brandy, who I believe is a new manager, knows her store and how to run it, and have fun doing so. The cosmetics staff and photo staff are very knowledgeable and always ready to answer questions, and I give a shout out to the rest of the staff as well. You are all great. A big thank you to all of you from a happy customer.

This Walgreens is horrible. The pharmacist is judgmental & condescending. If they are out of a medication, they just drop it. No notification & if you call to get an update, prepare to waste an annoying amount of time. If you ask a question, the man (I assume the pharmacist) talks over you. He seems like he doesn’t understand that some people are part time residents. I’ve used them in a pinch bc they have my insurance information but it’s getting ridiculous. This SHOULD be a fantastic location like many other Walgreens.

This has been the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I have been trying to transfer a prescription here. I have done this numerous times with other pharmacies and have had zero issues. The first time I called, filled out some paperwork, they told me it would be ready in 90 mins. Two hours later I received no message saying it was ready so I called and they told me they haven't received anything saying I wanted a transfer. So I filled out paperwork, again. Mind you I am in pain, my finger tips are killing me. They tell me it will be 24-48 hours and have no idea why anyone told me 90 mins originally. Okay, whatever. So after 24 hours I go there, the lady said she had tried to call my original pharmacy multiple times and no one called back. So she goes to call, and ends up calling my cellphone then I tell her she's calling the wrong number and then she calls my pharmacy and they closed at 2 pm. I told her since it's clearly a huge issue, to please forget my transfer so I can just get it when I go back home to my original pharmacy. Now I'm back home and I call my pharmacy, and my prescription is at the freaking Walgreens!!!!!!! I call Walgreens again, to get this straightened out, and get hung up on. I call AGAIN and they say they have no idea where my prescription is that they have never received it. I have never in my life dealt with so much incompetence in a pharmacy before. Please do yourself a favor and do nooootttttt get prescriptions here. Save yourself the headache.

I called “MY” Walgreens (2710 Del Prado BLVD Cape Coral, FL.) to get my prescription filled. The pharmacist (Mohamed) answered the phone and was very pleasant, he asked if I needed my medications filled today or by tomorrow. I told him I really wanted them today, he replied “No problem, I can have them ready in an hour, and would you like a few homes covid test???? They are free.. I said,”0h please “When I arrived to the pharmacy desk to get my Meds, I got to meet Mohamed .. the friendly Pharmacist in person. We had a few sentences chitchat back-and-forth and then he say Tina, would you like to get your flu vaccination today I have them !! I said yea, that would be great, then he said ..”our records indicate that you need a tetanus and a mmr vaccine too. Would you like all of them today??? My whole experience with everyone at this Walgreens was awesome!! Especially, Mohamed the friendly pharmacist!!!.. I left with a smile.. just this small interaction with such a great group of employees that are so kind and friendly.. made my day, and renewed some faith with humanity!!!

Every time I try to go to the store it just so happens to be near closing time and they are always locking the doors well before closing they even let me come in the store at 9:45 and I picked up items went to the register to check out and they told me that sorry we're closed and we closed the registers down you have to leave just leave your items on the counter sorry there is no hope for these lazy dirt bags they should be fired this has happened at least 3 or 4 times now where they close before closing time but I only need an item or two really quick and that would be in and out before it even reaches actual closing time...

I've been using Walgreens for ages. I used up north in 2 different states & recently moved to the cape. I have many prescriptions due to multiple health issues & I don't think this pharmacy has gotten things right once. I suppose it's my own fault for not changing stores (yet). This is very close to my house & someone in the household drives past almost every day. The pharmacist fills prescriptions that I haven't asked for and refuses to fill others. It's also very disheartening to hear a pharmacist telling another customer NOT to take her prescription per the doctors orders. I've always loved Walgreens but now I think I'm going to have to switch to cvs which I didn't like as much before my move...
