The pharmacy at this location is the worst i have ever been too came to get my heart medication before it closed on Sunday . Went through the drive through was behind another vehicle pulled up because I was next they closed it down without looking to make sure the drive Thur was cleared. So I pulled and park to go inside to go to the pharmacy talk to the technician they was heading out of pharmacy and they had only one thing on there mind and it wasn’t helping the customers . The only thing they said we closed at five. I was waiting before five and I drove around to the front of building went inside talked to a technician and came back to my car and it just turned 5:02 I will taking my business elsewhere after this they are part of they health system and they don’t care

It’s truly disappointing that a place offering medical services would allow their pharmacy drive-thru windows to be so dirty. It gives the impression that management doesn’t prioritize maintaining the cleanliness of the building’s exterior.

This use to be my Walgreens. Agents extremely rude and none of the posted prices are correct and when you ask them to check they tell you they don’t know and keep repeating the total cost of the transaction. I will never use this Walgreens again although I have my whole life and it is just down the street from my house. First time was a bad day…fifth bad experience is how they handle their customers.

I Love walgreens !!! I love the fact that It saves me a lot of time; sometimes I don't want to go to other supermarkets and there I find a little bit of everything.

Trying to get through to someone by calling the store phone number is a nightmare. No one wants to deal with a computer that won't adhere to their demands. I'm done.

Prescriptions are taking days!! No communication! Hold time on the phone is forever!!! Do better!
Years later still absolutely horrible!! Other walgreens have my prescription ready in hours... not this one!! Days, weeks! One prescription I had to switch to a different one because they kept saying it'll come tomorrow and never came! It's a shame it's 2 minutes from my house and I have to drive all over town just to get my meds!

"JANE" the cashier found it more important to talk on the phone while watching the customers line up for a cashier. I know her name is Jane because another associate came outside to ask her to come in to do her job. Jane was not about any of this and told the associate to take a hike, my wife and I walked out as Jane watched and I told her that I left our goods on the counter for her.

The pharmacy is really understaffed , I will be put on hold for 5 minutes. eventually the phone rings through and you think you’re gonna talk to somebody and they just tell you that you’re gonna be on hold for a couple more minutes and put you back on hold or don’t say anything at all and just put you right back on hold. numerous times I’ve been on hold for 15 minutes to have to hang up because nobody’s ever gonna answer.

Yesterday 7-21-23 i sat one the phone on hold with the pharmacy from 830am to about 1255pm when all of the sudden i was picked up and hung up on and no voices or nothing. during the hold i was told by the machine i was first in line then after 40 minutes all of the sudden it jumped to you have three callers ahead of you and then after another hour it was you have two callers ahead of you. no one decided to pick up and when i got there i was told the pharmacist for night shift decided not to come in, which is amazing due to the fact i need my meds yesterday and they decided not to speak to anyone. also they will answer the phone not say nothing and then instantly put you on hold and then you always got to wait. they have to many customers not enough workers. its one person while three others sit in the back

It seems disrespectful to me that they have promotional posters up today, December 25, that expired on December 2. I took photos of it, and that is one of many, because it seems to me to be a very dishonest way of selling, apart from the poor way in which they serve the customer.
