This Saturday, September 23, at 2:00 pm I went to the pharmacy because I had an appointment for the vaccine, when I arrived the person who administered the vaccine was not there. and I felt very bad for the treatment received. The young woman who was in the pharmacy does not have a correct treatment and has very little empathy towards people, she barely wanted to answer my questions.Of course I will not return to this Pharmacy.

Awesome people, antiquated drive up window... Needs a redesign for modern cars/SUVs, not the bank drive thru from the 70's

I suggest anyone who fills their prescriptions here goes somewhere else. The Pharmacist by the name of Dylan had the most disgusting attitude over filling my prescription a day earlier. He refused to give it to me even though we told him I was out and needed it, and my DOCTOR was aware and sent it in herself. When we mentioned this he said "well she's not gonna have it then" with a huge attitude and a cynical look. He should be fired for treating anyone like some sort of drug addict! Then he refused to want to give me the medicines that were already ready, including one for my daughter who suffers from seizures and only gave it once I threatened to call the police on him. Horrible experience. Horrible person. And if I could file a law suit, I would!!!

I love this Walgreens for its location, ease of parking, availability of products, and wonderful employees. But it is very understaffed. Particularly the pharmacy. You could be trapped in the drive-through for an hour. I always feel bad for pharmacists. It feels like the company doesn't care about this location. Which is crazy because it is a prime location! I hope I am wrong and the company addresses its staffing issues here. Walgreens' new cuts are seriously affecting its customers. Not a great thing when your life is in their hands. But kudos to everyone who works there for doing such a fabulous job under really crummy conditions!

This walgreens has the worst pharmacy staff and store management I have ever seen in my life. They assumed my wife who is going through a really tough time right now was a drug addict because of the medicine her doctor prescribed her. Secondly they made up and lied about a new law passing on why they couldn't do it. Then accused my wife of doing insurance fraud because she wanted to pay cash for her medication worst experience ever for my wife and they have the worst ethical judgement I have ever seen. Lastly the pharmacist was so rude, unprofessional and uncompassionate towards her it's was terrible and uncalled for! Get a new pharmacist shes terrible and unethical towards patients!!

I just picked up my prescription. It happened to me twice where it was a bad customer service especially its my 1st time picking a prescription in this location. Last time it was a guy. This time it was a lady and I was wearing my mask and I understand she can't hear me clearly coz Im sick, but the tone of her voice you would know if they are really happy to help. Not even acknowledge or not a Thank you for picking the pharmacy as your pick up location. I know it's always been a stressful day, but you know what your job is, no matter what the day it was, a great customer service is where you will have repeated customers

Unbelievably unprofessional pharmacist here. I called around 4pm to transfer a prescription. They had to call cvs to do it. The girl i spoke to was professional and saod check back in a few hours. Then at 7pm i call and he says "there are no girls here and transfers take 48 hours. THEN he proceeded to call me a liar and i told him i had phone records proving i wasnt lying. Whoever this pharmacist is needs FIRED 100%. I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect and ive had plenty of rude workers. I hope walgreens corporate reads this but im calling corporate and he wouldnt even give his name cause he knew he was lying. I am at risk of seizures without my meds and he DID NOT CARE. Wow, anyone who reads this go to any other walgreens cause this dude was a sociopath and proud of it. Unbelievable!

The pharmacy needs to figure out how to communicate their hours and days that they will be closing to patients better. This is unacceptable. Two times this week they have closed unexpectedly and now I will be without my medication all weekend. Because it is a controlled medication another Walgreens cannot access it ( which I find absurd). I shall be in pain at work all weekend because of their negligence.

Brought my daughter here for a Covid test today. The girl working in the pharmacy was extremely rude. Will never visit here again.

I went there this morning to pick up a prescription that my doctor sent to the incorrect location. Normally that would not be that big of a deal, except that this location has decided to change its pharmacy hours. When I was greeted by an associate walking around the store, I politely stressed my concerns and how I really need my medication, and her response was that maybe I would be better off filling my prescriptions somewhere else. Well her exact words were..."Well tell your doctor to not send your prescriptions to Walgreens anymore if you don't like our hours".

Came in to obtain Covid booster shot due to changes in eligibility for under 65 and was turned away, the personnel at this particular Walgreens were obviously not trained on up to date guidelines. (Katelyn)After returning home my wife called spoke with another individual working at Walgreens, they advised I should return for the booster. I returned and somewhat expected a token apology from Katelyn who argued with me on my first visit stating I did not qualify for the booster, I asked to speak with her supervisor and she rebuffed my request by stating the pharmacist makes the rule and I left. My complaint is that too often today individuals are not willing to make a simple apology when they make a mistake that inconveniences others…all Katelyn needed to do is to check with someone else, she elected to not do that, she also didn’t offer any form of apology for my inconvenience when I needed to return.

Don't like how many times people are in line at the pharmacy asking about the covid testing!Or in line at the drive through behind somebody getting a covid test!
