In the pharmacy they have terrible communication with the customer, they leave you waiting for too long and when you think they are going to answer you, they hang up on you or just put you on hold again, that is not a good job and to make matters worse, they never find the corresponding information

Poor guys are over worked, probably under paid but they do a good job none the less. The pharmacists usually look exhausted, but keep up with the pace. The work space looks worn down which cant do much for morale so its time for Walgreens to pay more, get the place cleaned up and imcrease staff levels.

This Walgreens barely picks up the phone. I went to go pick up prescriptions for my father, when I arrived they told me it was not ready and that I can call to have it delivered. A day later I call to have it delivered and I'm told "we cannot process cards over the phone you have to be in person." I've never experienced such an inconsistent pharmacy and lack of professionalism.

Hi, my name is Hannah and I get my medication there and I have insurance and my insurance takes care of my medication so I don't need to pay and been doing this all the time and one of your pharmacist tht I talked to was rude and said tht one medication u have to pay and I was like no because I did it before and all this time is free but she hung up on me. I feel tht is not right.

Staff are very rude they don’t care about their customers..I will not be going back to this location..it seems that customers are not their priority and you are bothering them when ask for help …. Management is doing a poor job here..

The pharmacy doesn't answer their phone..If they do they keep putting you on hold until you get discouraged and hang up. They have gone way down hill. Management doesn't care.

Not even a patient yet. Just called to see if they had a medication in stock before I transfered it. Listened to someone pick up and manually stick me back on hold 3 times before someone picked up. Asked my question, went back on hold, and then they hung up on me. Typical of my previous experiences with this location. AVOID IF YOU CAN.
