New to the area, picked this pharmacy because its the closest to my address. I rather drive the extra 10 minutes to CVS. Doctor sent over my prescription over a week ago and they never filled it. You call and they don’t answer the phones, EVER! Horrible service.

I don't recommend this Walgreens. The pharmacy took an hour to acknowledge, the parking lot is always in a bad condition and the store does not look good. Find a better store to go to.

I have been going to this pharmacy for 4 days to pick up my mother's medications, they tell you to come at a time and when you go they are not ready and you have to go at another time, in total there were 6 medications to pick up and they only gave me 2 and when I get home and check the medicines, the medicines do not match the prescription label, I feel very upset by the poor work of this pharmacy.

Horrible customer service. Not sure if they are short staffed but it's been like this for atleast a year. Management needs to hire more help.

As a provider this pharmacy has horrible customer service. I was trying to leave a prescription and they kept pushing me to the back of the line. I spoke to someone and stated I wanted to speak to a pharmacist and they kept sending me to voicemail or hanging up on me. I would never do business with this pharmacy again.

Just picked up a prescription that supposed to have 60 and got 30. Does this Pharmacist know how to count to 60? This is 1 among several glaring issues with this pharmacy. My question is there anyone held accountable for my fiancé's disease not being helped due to not getting his medication that I paid for in full and only got 30 of them!?

Not enough staff I’m assuming. I have been on hold for well over an hour to talk to a pharmacy tech. You will hear the person pick up and they put me right back on hold without saying anything.

The pharmacy will close the doors on you while waiting in a script…! Then you knock on the little glass. And they yell “we have nothing ready!”
After previously showing up in the morning and their systems were down… no one to answer the phone, no one to move the prescription.
Show up at 7:59.. lying trassssh.
Thankfully the store manager is amazing.
I will never fill a script here again.

My script was sent to this walgreens on pine island on Friday. It is now Tuesday, and my script still has not been filled. Every time I call I am on hold for over 20 MINUTES, and then a voice comes on the line and says to call back later. I am without my meds once again, and no updates from Walgreens. Nobody realizes it, but there is alot of stress on the pharmacists who now have to deal with undocumented migrants and their covid shots, prescriptions, etc.
