This is the first time that I will ever make a good review for Walgreens because for years and years that I have been going to Walgreens customer service always sucks customer service on the phone always sucks they always hang up on you or just don’t respond and for the first time today I felt like I was actually being helped at this store. Thanks to the manager. My pick up order from today only had two items instead of the four that it was supposed to and he immediately helped me with my issue, and it was resolved in less than a minute. He was super nice, professional, and caring, I did not ask for his name because I was in a rush but he was hispanic and the manager there at the front. Thank you for all your help and hard work always you guys do not get enough credit and you deserve it, thank you!

Don’t get your meds sent here. Staff are worthless. Call the Pharmacy, they might then fill the order, or they might just delete the request, or they put you on hold forever and give you an excuse. Tried multiple times with these people. Just use the one off Hancock and Pine Island.

We always found it to be a good place to shop. Nice employees, large selection of items we need. Good sale prices. Clean, organized store.

For awhile this Walgreens location was laughably bad , but it's no longer funny.The pharmacy cycles through staff members a lot, they are incredibly slow, and seem to dislike people by default.The pharmacist and technician(s) handle the prescriptions in the most smug way possible , treating you as if you're an annoyance.and they love to micromanage prescriptions....

I was put on hold for 20 minuets then hung up on and they lie about their hours, don't send important prescriptions here. Very unprofessional.

The line here is usually not too bad, but if you have the choice don’t get your prescriptions here. It’s almost impossible to get an hold of them if there’s an issue with your prescription. Every walgreens is the same - long hold times, you get put on hold, and then they hang up on you. It’s not the pharmacists fault that walgreens is understaffed - the pharmacists here are actually great. Ended up moving my prescriptions to Publix because they pick up when you call.

The lovely “Jessica” at the pharmacy drive thru, is the rudest I’ve ever witnessed here. She told me that the scripts that my husband needs after finding out he needs a triple bypass, would be ready tomorrow from a “micro distribution center”. I said, you don’t have a typical blood pressure and cholesterol Med on hand? “Jessica” stated “oh, you need it tonight”? You’ll have to come back in 20 min. This was called in 4 hours ago. She was so rude and disgusting. Walgreens, you should be ashamed of yourself putting up with this behavior!!!

The pharmacy does not open at 8am as indicated on thier store hours. They open way past 8am. Don't understand how this is allowed considering Walgreens is a reputable well known pharmacy. Horrible experience at this location. Fill your prescriptions somewhere else.

This story will be hard for most to believe.My wife just went inside today to pick up her prescription of a controlled medication. She was greeted by an employee that implied that my wife had just gone through the drive-thru and already picked up her medication. She said how can that be you check my driver's license every time I go through the drive. The employee said they don't keep the record. My wife asked what type of car was I driving? The employee said a white SUV. My wife said I drive a white Volvo sedan, still they weren't satisfied. My wife said I'm calling the police. At that point they decided they better check the drive-thru video. Bam, case closed, prescription filled.My wife was humiliated in front of five waiting customers. I called the store manager, David, and asked if he was familiar with what had just happened to my wife. He politely apologized blaming the pressure the store is experiencing from an expanding business. I mentioned the many past problems we have experienced trying to do business with them.Up until today I have never published a negative review.

I just came from this Walgreens. I had an appointment for a second Shingles shot. I was told by the pharmacist that he was too busy to provide this service. Arranged transportation for this appointment. Lately there has been long lines to pick up prescriptions. Obviously understaffed. I see a positive review here, but it was 5 years ago. Too many long waits. Transferred all prescriptions to Publix.

I wish I would have got the name of the girl in the pharmacy. I was simply picking up for doordash. And she had nothing but an attitude from the time I gave her the customer's name to the time that she gave me the item I was picking up. It was laughing and mocking me for working for doordash with her co-workers. She has black hair and has gauges in her ears. If you don't like working with people and working with the public maybe a pharmacy isn't the place for you honey

Terrible staff, rude to customers. They are out of many medications (might be coming on the next truck....). Hell of a way to run a business. I'm transferring my medications out of there.

I am shocked at the horrible service at the pharmacy constantly received here. If you call, they hang up on you. I recently had a prescription sent over to be filled on a Thursday. I go to pick it up, they didn’t have in stock, so they said. They told me they would have it tomorrow, Friday. I go on Saturday to pick it up. They tell me they don’t have it in stock again, they have to order it. I mention I need it by Sunday. Pharmacy tech said they would have it Sunday. I drive home, 7 minutes, my phone is ringing as I walk in my door, my prescription is ready! What? So, I call, and the pharmacist explains, he only had I bottle left so he says it’s out of stock. Unbelievable inconvenience to a customer just to keep one bottle in stock. 3 visits to get my medication. Terrible way to provide prescription medication.
