On some days they take GoodRX Gold and some days they don't. I'm sick of the change up every time I've gone there to get my meds. I can't afford $300 medication when your pharmacy is listed on my GoodRX app with a coupon, and yet you tell me NO. Not using this Walmart again.

Neighborhood Walmart SE pine island Cape Coral . This Walmart doesn't deserve even a single star. Delivery drivers have delivered our groceries to the wrong address several times. Orders in excess of $300 and they don't care even after spending almost an hour to get it corrected each time. Yesterday they left several people hanging in the pickup spots for over 30-40 minutes. Never got my groceries because when I went in after waiting 30 min after the order was "ready" I was told it was t even pulled yet. I called corporate this morning at 8am to get them to release the hold on my bank account to no avail. They told me the store manager would call me back but didn't. I called corporate again at 12:30 pm and demanded a release of the hold on my funds. Today they tried to cite covid 19 as the reason, that's a little old now don't you think? They deliver same day or after date expired meats, absurd substitution like pork chops for beef ribs. Or fruit punch kool aid for cherry. Like come on???? Don't shop here, don't order online, and DON'T have them deliver. Never had so many terrible occurrences at a single Walmart. The management and employees should be fired and replaced. Walmart.com you have Egg on your face with this location. And based on the bad reviews I'm not surprised.

As Walmart Neighborhood Markets go, this one is okay. It's comparable to others I have shopped at in Virginia Beach VA, Birmingham AL, Tucson AZ and the one across town here in Cape Coral FL. The associates are busy (but will answer a question if you catch their eye) and the stock is in reasonably good shape. I've learned not to buy dairy or fresh meats from Walmart as I think it's not especially fresh. Milk I've bought has gone off in three days. Not good. I was able to find a case of bottled water, some of my mom's preferred brand of cereal and two jars of pickled peppers. Definitely cheaper than elsewhere but at what cost to my soul? But the rest of the stuff in the grocery sections is perfectly equivalent to the same things you will pay half again more for in Publix. This store has more self checkouts than associate checkouts. So if you prefer to have a human ring up your purchases, you're going to be waiting for that service. Watch out for carts that are not in the corrals and be on the lookout for stuff dropped on the floor in the store. It's OK for a Walmart Neighborhood Market, but there are better shopping experiences for a price elsewhere. [Review 16770 overall - 1496 in Florida - 283 of 2022.]

The worst Walmart I've ever been in. Selection very limited for chicken. Basic things are absent. A chaotic mess to navigate. Boo.

Walmart sucks. Nobody can possibly abide the long checkout lines and poor service. It would also be ok if somebody cleaned up the parking lot

I only go to walmart when I have to they are like the place you always go but don't want to go to the workers that you can find in the store when they are not hiding they are nice and helpful I dislike the fact that shopping carts and baskets are never readily available and the fact that they have a dozen or so registers and never have more then 2 open so you have to use self check out most of the time which in turn eliminates jobs

First off, I've never been treated more rudely or unprofessionally than I was today at this Walmart. My dad and I have been coming to this Walmart neighborhood market since it was first built and I've never had any issues until this afternoon. I went there to cash my weekly paycheck and as the girl in the money center started the process I noticed a strange man in a biker jacket standing behind her. I thought that was strange but I assumed he must've worked there. He comes up behind the girl and as she is explaining to him that the computers are running slow he picks up my drivers license and says "you had someone else come in earlier and try to cash this check?" Then suddenly he changes the story and claims my drivers license is a fake! I said "you do know I have to enter my social security number to cash my check, right?" He's not realizing his mistake and is still accusing me of having a fake ID. I told him that was the stupidest thing I'd ever heard and to give me my ID and check back. Then, I walk over to the lady who's monitoring all the check our lanes and point to the guy and ask her if he is a manager here. She says no. I tell her I need to speak to one. As soon as he sees this, he runs over and announces he's security and that I need to leave! For what, exactly? Because I wanted to complain to the manager that they have an idiot working security? I'll admit I was frazzled at this point and I dropped a couple expletives his way and left. I called and spoke to someone who said they were a manager immediately after but have not heard back yet after about 4 hours. She said she'd review the video camera footage to see what happened... I don't think I'll be back to this Walmart neighborhood market unless I get an apology or an explanation as to why I was treated this way, and I'll certainly be telling every person who will listen to avoid it as well.
