I went to get a battery for a watch (it belonged to my mom who passed away) . I should have researched more options but my neighbor told me to go here. Well, it cost me $ 32 with tax .. because it includes a lifetime warranty (lifetime?? As long as they're still in business i assume). So I do NOT recommend going here for a watch battery and installation. I NOW know that a jewelry store not too far away charges way less. I didn't use my thinking cap so i paid the consequences. So my suggestion is... call around and get quotes before rushing into something. Highway robbery for a $3.50 battery. Lesson learned. P.S.... THE BATTERY COST MORE THAN THE WATCH IS WORTH. (But my emotions because it belonged to my late mother got the best of me). :'(

Tried to order a specific battery. The guy said it was ordered but never was. Manager was supposed to call me back but never did. So unprofessional and poorly run store. Always buy my batteries here, never again.

4 months after purchasing an auto battery, my vehicle began starting very weakly today. Battery output at 11.8V and won’t charge past 50% Charging system is ok, throwing no codes, all cables are tight….No worries, it’s covered under a warranty, right? Take it to the store and get the warranty honored, right? Wrong.
They won’t determine a battery has failed unless they can test it with an 80% charge (which it won’t take), and/or want a “48 hour period to evaluate the battery” while in their possession before determining if it’s covered under warranty, per their corporate policy. They won’t give you a loaner while the “evaluation” period is underway, so basically they expect you to rent a car or be without your vehicle for 2 days just to decide whether or not they’re going to honor the warranty on their overpriced batteries. My fault for not reading the fine print, but buyers beware…just go to autozone or Walmart where they will honor a warranty on the spot.

Honesty is best policy..took my truck to have a battery replaced as my service manager indicated my current battery was no good. Price at dealer was way too much. Went to have a Duracell installed and when the battery was checked thoroughly at BatteriesPlus in Cape Coral I was told the battery was fine. Low charge was due to inactivity of using vehicle. Now I have a battery tender and saved a lot on not needing a new battery. System is working fine...thanks BatteryPlus...

Bought 6 batteries and unfortunately 2 were not correct. Returned them and the cores and not a problem at all! Would definitely recommend them 👍

My daughter and I were sent to this particular store by T Mobile approximately 10 minutes away. T Mobile called them to see how to handle because their address was not showing up in the claim they were attempting to file for us. They spoke with Peter and sent us over with the claim #. Heidi greeted us to assist when we arrived, not very friendly. She then enlisted Peter’s help because she wasn’t sure what to do after not being able to locate our claim number. Peter was also not friendly and seemed like we were inconveniencing him even though he had already received a call from T Mobile about the circumstances of their store location not being an option prior to us being sent there: In the end, Heidi told me that I would need to drive to Port Charlotte to get her phone fixed which I had no intention of doing. Regardless of wheee the fault lies, Peter and Heidi having more pleasant attitudes and an ounce of empathy may have helped but they both honestly seemed to care less. I will not come back to store if I don’t have to.

They replaced the battery in the key fob of my Subaru. They were fast and friendly. I have always had good results with them. Getting a corporate account gets you a 10% discount on most items. Scooter batteries don’t get a discount.

I normally don't write negative reviews, but this experience is an exception. I bought a motorcycle battery at Batteries Plus for an overpriced $140, only to later find out that a comparable battery should cost around $30. To make matters worse, the battery caused my motorcycle to start weakly, which is unacceptable given the cost.
When I returned to the store to address the issue, I was met with unfriendly and dismissive staff, both during the initial purchase and even more so when I tried to return the battery. Despite approaching them in a friendly mood, the interaction soured almost instantly. To add insult to injury, they refused to take the battery back, leaving me stuck with a product that didn't perform as promised.
I ended up buying another battery online for a fair price, and now my motorcycle starts flawlessly—proving the issue was not with my bike, but with their subpar product.
This place does not deserve to stay in business, and even one star feels like too much. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.
11.23V for a fully charged battery is to weak they also tested it with their battery tester but they rather manipulated it or selected a smaller battery that it shows that the battery is ok…. They won‘t return it see attached picture…
