There is a way the whole world lists information by computer and it’s called the internet. On the internet many businesses list the hours they will be open. Many of these businesses update these hours so they are accurate. Unfortunately this branch prefers to kill trees and use a hunk of paper taped to their door. They leave their hours unchanged on the aforementioned internet making fools of people who checked the hours on the internet to make sure they are open before driving through a ****storm of event traffic. I used to think this branch was good. Now I do not. This branch should remove their hours listed on google maps and just leave their phone number.

My account was simply closed today. Had two accounts. One no longer exists and the second is simply set to 0.00. No one is responsible for the phone and you can't reach anyone by email

Lousy service at drive-thru. Waited 10 mins for a roll of quarters, dimes and nickles. Was the only one there and was in commercial lane. Told him the name of the business account but since I didn't have my account number he wanted me to wait. Won't ever use this branch anymore. South delprado and cape coral parkway. You guys suck there.

45 min wait for a simple statement. Not a good branch. Seriously reconsidering wells fargo in general. Horrible service with horrible wait times. And it's not busy here

This location is AWESOME! Specifically, Kristin and her manager. I pulled through the drive-up as the clock turned 5:01pm, they could have easily told me no and turned me away as the drive-up closes at 5pm but they did not. Very grateful! If there was more people like the two of them the world be a better place to live. This location overall is always friendly, efficient and professional.

We stopped to pay rent on our safety deposit box. The teller made us wait so that she could speak with her manager and determine what kind of change to order quite a delay and to inform him of a house she purchased and then asked if we wanted to pay rent on our box. Then advised had we sent the check in we could have paid with a check but we now needed to pay in cash. Can you purchase a box so aren't they all rented. Her accent caused us have a difficult time understanding her when she turned away. The total experience was unpleasant. This location seemed to be mostly Spanish speaking people. We speak English

Your Banker, Sage, at Cape Coral pkwy and Del Prado location was excellent! I had an emergency and needed my mother to send me some cash fast and though she wasn’t able to deposit cash as not being on the account, Sage recommended that she deposit a check and because it was less than $400 the funds would most likely be available immediately. She did that and I now have the money! I have not always had this great of service at other locations as my mother tried to get info about this at another location previously and was simply told no, with no offer of a solution or empathy for the situation. So not only was Sage’s knowledge on point, his customer service and compassion was above and beyond! I didn’t want to bother him by calling back and thanking him but if mgmt reads this please thank him for me!

Helen was a friend of mine. She always loved to laugh and dance. She was an older lady with grey hair but she had a lot of energy . Every time I would see her, she would tell me the story over and over how Wells Fargo had saved her family. She always spoke with a lot of emotion.. She said that they had stepped in when no one else would . She wanted to express her appreciation but didn't know how. Maybe she should send a letter or go in and speak with the manager. Someone had told me that Helen had passed away a few weeks ago. She and I had laughed in the past about me holding a sign telling people her story. So here I am. Wells Fargo, Helen says thank you!

As a nearby, small business owner I ran into a situation where we needed to exchange larger bills. Unfortunately, because we do not bank here, they would not help us. I went across Cape Coral Parkway to Fifth Third Bank, who was very helpful, even though I didn't have an account with them. Most banks are happy to help, unfortunately, Wells Fargo does not have the interests of their neighbors in mind.
