I believe her name was Christine. I just had a few questions about my online checking account. I spoke with her over the phone and didn't need to make an appointment. She was very helpful and strongly recommend to use this Wells Fargo location for your in-person banking needs. Ask for Christine.

This is now the second time that I have went to this location and they are just closed for absolutely no reason no note on the door no note on any of the windows or in the drive-through at all. If you plan on closing early or closing for the entire day then a note needs to be put on the door, drive-through or even any of the windows so people don’t waste their time.

I enrolled in Wells Fargo auto bill pay to pay my Discover card. When I printed out current bill, I found LATE FEES adding up to $134. $35 for current statement plus $99 already paid for 2021. Wells Fargo's excuse of due date falling on the weekend, does not excuse this action. They guarantee payment 2 days prior to due date. Adjustments should have been made. This is inexcusable !

The worse branch ever!!!! They tell you that an appointment is required, but when you arrive at your appointment time you need to wait for a long period of time. They don’t value your time, that is disrespectful!!! Why to schedule an appointment? I don’t recommend this branch!

I am so disappointed, I made an appointment and in 30 minutes they did not attend me, they only told me that they were going to see IF they could attend me, so what use is the appointment you should make? if in the end they don't take care of you

Terrible just absolutely terrible. I went to get something notarized as a customer of both their personal and business banking and they refused service. Yes, I made an appointment but they informed me that it was a courtesy service that they were refusing to me. I have gotten this same document notarized multiple times in the past so it was not something they don't normally do. I will be closing all of my accounts. If they would have informed me they were sorry they couldn't help me today or used any other wording other than "this is a courtesy." I would not have gotten upset with them. The language that they used speaking to me was completely unprofessional and should never have been used on a customer. I don't run my business this way because it would quickly put me out of business.

I have been using Wells Fargo for over 20 years- I usually have Carlos Rojas help me. He is an exemplary employee !! Customer service is the best- professional also. In fact, everyone in this branch has always been great.I will continue to use this bank!!

Helen was a friend of mine. I had met her out dancing. She was always laughing and having a great time. She was an older lady but she had a great deal of energy. Helen loved everyone. She would always tell me this story over and over about how Wells Fargo had saved her family. Helen said that Wells Fargo had stepped in and helped her family when no one else would. She always wanted to thank them but didn't know how. Helen wanted to send a letter or go in and speak to the manager. I found out recently that helen had passed away. She and I had laughed about me standing on the side of the road holding a sign telling her story. So here I am. Wells Fargo, Helen says thank you!!

Called this branches to see if they can help me with me being unable to login to my mobile app lady said there was nothing they can do and to call the 1800 number which i had already done twice seems they dont really like my business suncoast is looking better and better nowadays UPDATE: went into this branch and they were able to solve my problem thank you wells fargo

I needed to open a new bank account. I walked into Chase bank and Iberia bank first, but left after immediately, when they told me their bank accounts have a monthly fee. It is hard to accept, when I basically grew up with "no fee for a checking // savings account " being the norm in this industry. I went home and called other banks near my house. This Wells Fargo branch informed me that I could get around the monthly fee by having $1500 balance in my account, or by making 10 purchases every month. That is bank terms that I am comfortable with. Carlos set my account up today.
