I have had my business and personal accounts with Wells Fargo for 30 years with relative satisfaction... until recently. First, Wells Fargo closes my local branch (Del Prado Blvd) necessitating my driving further to another branch. Then the new branch DOES AWAY WITH ANY DRIVE-THROUGH ability... really? Whether for business or personal, I do not want to get out of my car and wait in line inside. The tellers are great but this is not what I signed up for nor is it acceptable to me. It is a shame to have to change banks after 3 decades.

Absolutely garbage. The worst customer service I’ve received in a long time. I never post reviews but this one was well earned . Noris had a terrible attitude and the short haired Hispanic chick that wants to be a boy was backing her up while she was being rude . Disgusted

Why is customer service so hard? Tim you failed as an employee but more as a manager. This job was clearly too much customer service demand for you. Please do better to make a customer feel important.

Unbelievable! Zachary Frazier was beyond helpful. The greatest! Helped me with my parents accounts way beyond what he needed to do. Maryam at the counter was really helpful also.
