Absolutely terrible customer service, employees were rude, managers refuse to provide assistance, and do not honor appointments.In fact, they specifically stated many people don't get taken care of and they have to be kicked out at the end of the day.

We had an appointment to meet with a banker at this location, Jonathon Diaz. Instead of taking us as scheduled he took a walk- in even though he knew and could see us waiting . He got to us late and did not apologize. While filling out the paper work for our business account he asked me what I did for employment. I told him I was a doctor. He acted rude and then made a point to keep addressing me as Ms, instead of my title as Doctor. He appeared very sexist and condescending. I noticed he was very nice to the man who he took before us ( spoke Spanish) and rude to us speaking what appeared to be his second language english. I do not recommend this branch.

Worse customer service ever, I went there to open a business account I got there at 3:18 to be exact they wait till 4:50 to tell that it's too late for them to open the account.

I tried calling the store about a dozen times and no one ever picked up. I eventually allowed the support people of Wells Fargo to help me get a direct deposit form. She said she could ship it to my house or I could make an appointment to have one printed out for me. I made an appointment for 12PM, showed up and told the lady at the front im here for an appointment. She said okay you can sit down they will be right with you. Well I don’t think she told anyone I was there because o sat for another 30 minutes, then asked if they forgot about me to a kind lady, but then waited another 20 minutes while they helped people who just showed up make an appointment for later. All I needed was literally 1 minutes of help that the people up front could have given me. For something I didn’t even need to come in to do. Multiple failures everywhere, just upset wellsfargo thinks my time is a joke.

I have been a customer at this branch for a few years and I must say that they have great customer service all around but I want to personally thank my banker Mandy Dominguez and my business banker Eysel Roque. Every time I go in or e-mail them, they always reply promptly and are always eager to help. The tellers are very attentive and courteous too. This is by far, the best branch in Cape Coral.

I've been a customer for the last five years. I made an appointment to see a banker 2 weeks ago for a verification of account they told me that it would be mailed within 7 days, here it's been more than 2 weeks still waiting. Calls never answered at branch . Mind you I have Chase accounts also banker gave me letter of verification on the spot. Worst customer service at wells fargo I've seen ever. Transferring all my accounts ASAP

Sat in the lobby waiting to speak with a representative and was completely ignored for over 40 minutes while customers who came in after me were taken into an office in less than 10 minutes.

I had been with Wells Fargo, at this branch since before they took over from Wachovia bank. when you need any kind of statement or assistance from the banker they seem to be bother. The worse costumer services I have ever received. to the point that I will definitely move all my accounts to another bank.

10:30 am appt. Line going outside the bank. Incredibly poor customer service. No sense of urgency with tellers or banking reps. What a cluster. My first experience with this bank. And hopefully my last. Don't make any appts on a Monday morning at this place. Ridiculous.

13 people in line, some people are literally standing outside, at 1015 on a Saturday with one and a half (looks like she is training) tellers. Absolutely unacceptable.

You would think that the bank that you have used for the past 10 years would be a more accommodating to somebody that arrives seconds after they close. Instead the door is locked and not a single employee inside will look at you.
