Absolutely disappointed with Wells Fargo...I spent my entire lunch hour there today, trying to deposit money into my daughter's account for her dental work, so she didn't have to use her credit card.I finally got to Brittany's window (far right station), just to be told that I wasn't allowed to deposit money into someone elses account. I explained that I have done it in the past, but she continued to be adamant with her decision.For context, we have our separate accounts and then we have one savings that's linked.Brittany suggested that I just transfer money into our joint savings and then my daughter could then transfer it from savings into her checking..I really wanted to put it directly into her checking, because she was currently at the dentist office for her procedure, but that apparently wasn't happening.So I agreed to Brittany's suggestion of just putting it in the joint savings.After a moment of her pushing buttons, she excused herself and called a manager over.. (He was very pleasant.) He informed me (and her) that I wasn't able to transfer money from my checking into my Certificate of Deposit... Really.. You don't say ... I told him that I had ASKED her to transfer it into our joint SAVINGS account.. It was literally her suggestion to begin with!More button pushing (and now I'm down to the wire of making it back to work on time and watching the clock.) and she has it figured out..The transfer confirmation popped up on the little box - I accepted - she handed me my receipt and I was on my way.I got out to my truck and texted my daughter to tell her that the money was in our joint savings and she can transfer it to her checking account (linked to her debit card) to pay for her wisdom teeth extraction..She checks the savings when she was checking out of the dentist.. The money wasn't there.. She texted me.. I told her maybe it takes a little while (although it shouldn't have.).. I told her to try again in a few minutes.She texted me again a few hours later and said the transfer still hadn't gone through. I was back at work and couldn't look into it any further at that point, but was certain that something was obviously wrong...I checked my receipt when I was finished working at 6:00 and low and behold, Brittany transferred the funds from my personal checking into MY overdraft account, which my daughter isn't linked to!I'm just floored.. What an absolutely exhausting experience..I accomplished absolutely nothing at Wells Fargo today. A complete waste of time. (NE Pine Island Road branch.)Truist is sounding better and better everyday.

Today my husband & I opened a small business account with Kenneth Jenkins -- he was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I cannot recommend him enough, both for both banking & investment needs.

I've been banking at the North Pine Island Road location for over 10 years and am at the drive thru weekly. They STILL don't know who I am and ask for my ID (for DEPOSITING cash - not even trying to withdraw it) The same man has been at the teller window at least 20 times in the last 6 months and he's clueless.I get that you see a lot of people, but you should still be able to recognize your regular customers.Customer service is terrible.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband came in to do some banking and needed the branch to answer a phone call from another Wells Fargo brand in a different state. The so-called bank manager came out of his office and when he ignored my husband and helped literally every one else, my husband asked if he was the bank manager and he said yes but he couldn't help my husband because he needed to help "all these other poor people" as if my husband wasn't sitting and waiting the whole time? And then goes on to tell my husband he can't help anyways because he's a new branch manager and he's currently in his office taking a training class. Needless to say, we left without any help and the other branch on the phone seemed pretty put off with how this location was acting as well.

Tia is a very bad rep I walked into the bank to do a withdrawal so I’m standing in line just patiently she never calls me so I call Kevin over and ask what’s the hold up and he tells me that she’s just going to be a moment. But unfortunately she was too busy so kindly Blake calls me over and takes care me moral of the story I like Kevin and Blake’s work ethic and attitude but not tia thanks guys

It doesn’t matter how many times you try to call this branch you will literally never get anyone to pick up. All I have is a simple question that I cannot find the answer to online, I don’t want to make an appointment over something that could be easily answered over the phone. When I need the ATM service to deposit cash, half of the time deposit is unavailable. Why do I even have this bank if I can’t use its services or get anyone to help me? I’ll be closing my account and going to a different bank because Wells Fargo doesn’t care about their customers.

I literally tried calling this location over the course of the day 15 times. They did not answer not one time. There's nothing but bad reviews you would think there would be a better effort at this location.

Went into cash some cashier checks that were drawn on this Bank they refused to cash them even though their Bank wrote them they made me deposit them. I will get every penny of my money in this Bank out as quickly as it clears tomorrow will be my last day dealing with them I have been a member of them since 2012.Followup : The higher upside at the bank found that the employee did nothing wrong as usual. So when you go in to cash your cashier checks it's OK for them to tell you No and if you don't like it take it to a cash checking place ...what a joke !!!

If I could rate it 0 it would be 0. I've never experienced such a nasty attitude from someone as I did with Jennifer. I was trying to cash a check from western union and she said she couldn't find an account and wouldn't cash them. Then it was that the check didn't match the other checks that they have recieved from western union. . They verified the accounts and she still wouldn't cash it after the young man told me he was going to ask his manager. She denied being a manager. If i wouldve had an account at wells fargo, she wouldve been the reason i closed my account with her attitude. Was very rude.

Came by as a walk-in anticipating being treated as lower priority than those with an appointment. Our question was quick, but the floor manager (no name tag) comes over and tries to push us away because she had an appointment scheduled in 15 minutes. She said for us to go online but didn't know what to do after that. She had a tablet in her hand and refused to open the WellsFargo website to show us how to navigate to answer our question. Rude women-she has curly black hair. Be aware.
