They never fill your prescriptions that are e-prescribed until you call. They never seem to have enough of anything and the cherry on top is how rude everyone is. If "not my problem" was a person, it would be the entire team here.

If I could give a zero, I would. No clue of what good service is. Even if you factor in the increased responsibilities due to the pandemic, the service was so bad, I chose to go somewhere else. In the short time that I used this branch, I had to make 2-3 trips to get prescriptions even though I had received messages that it was ready. They don't care if you are inconvenienced. They must think that you have nothing better to do than make several trips to their store to waste time. I observed a pharm tech fake customer service by answering the phone, then placing back on hold again. This happened to me when I called in too. I have received the wrong medication. The cream on this steaming pile is that the techs are rude. Glad I don't go there anymore. I don't recommend anyone does.

I was checking out at 10:52 minding my own business when an older lady came behind the register. Completely bad attitude I asked her for a Covid test and she grabbed it for me and I said can I please get another box and she goes "there are 2 in here" which I know. My family and friends are sick and I need another box. She rolled her eyes at me and walked away didn't say a word to me and literally checked me out. I don't know what her problem is but I don't understand why higher people that don't wanna be there and have nasty attitudes. Every time I go in there I get somebody with a nasty attitude.

The worst drive thru pharmacy ever. Every time it's like 40 minute wait. Was on the phone before I arrive for about 30 mins "waiting in line"

Just had the worst experience here with returning something. Full transparency: I used to work for Walgreens for about 5 years in the beauty department. So I'm reviewing based solely on the return experience I had- I had an online receipt (sent to my email) and first the customer service lady asked me "that's supposed to be a Walgreens receipt?", which was accusatory and rude in my opinion. I was returning foaming face wash that they didn't sell at this particular store: but you can return it to any store with receipt. Anyways- next the lady asks me "you sure you got this at Walgreens?!" Even though it was in-front of her face in black in white on the receipt that I did in-fact buy it at Walgreens. She couldn't get it to scan then sent me to someone named "Milly" in cosmetics who I will say was SUPER nice and not accusatory and mean like the older woman up front. Thanks!
