Best place I've found! Have lost pounds and inches by visiting 40 min a day 4-5 days a week (30 min circuit and 10 min stretching). Workout goes fast and ladies here are interesting and helpful. Have friends that have 9-5 hour jobs and still get at least 3 days in with no problem and love it. Feel like you've really worked your body in that half hour too! BTW - John is my hubby - this is ladies only!

Not a typical gym and that’s one of the many things I like about Women’s Total Fitness. The machines are not complicated and the owner Rhonda is personable and inclusive. From the moment I walked in she made sure I was introduced to the other ladies. Our temps are taken when we arrive, hand sanitizer is available and I feel safe working out there. I encourage you to stop by and give it a try.

This is the best work out facility in the area. Rhonda is a really great person and makes you feel like family. The circuit is only 30 minutes long. Very clean facility.

Excellent strength & stretch workout. Time 30-45 minutes to complete the circuit. Equipment works by using resistance. Exercise DVDs can be used to focus on specific body areas. Women’s gym, all friendly gals. This is the best gym I have ever belonged to.??
