I was very impressed with the selection. They didn’t have what I was looking for, but found it in a catalog. Also, handled two other issues (new chain for a necklace and backings for earrings). While there, purchased another necklace that I liked. Diane was very helpful.

They were super friendly and eased my anxiety of leaving engagement ring to get resized. I had walked in from another jewelry store who was charging me over $300 and I was upset. Walked in Zak’s and instantly felt at ease and payed waaaayyyy less than $300. Will use them again for our wedding bands. Thank you!
