“South Seas is a special place. Family very much enjoyed the trip and that was our 2nd trip. We will be back. Diane and Jen at the Tarpon bar are a huge asset to the resort! I do have a couple of small recommendations. Adding breakfast service to the Beach House would be huge for us staying in Lands End or Seabreeze. Cabana service at the water park was not the same as the Bayside pools. Little things but would make a big difference.”

“We got married here in December 2024.
The place was absolutely gorgeous (and that’s an understatement.) The elevator was such a nice feature!! The kitchen is absolutely stunning - along with the entire house. The views, the decor, the staff, and the property manager were amazing. Everyone involved with the property was so kind and helpful.
I pray one day we can go back! This home was such a dream to stay in. It’s the perfect venue for an intimate wedding or a family reunion. Highly recommended!!!”
