“Christina at front desk went out of her way to accommodate us after having to last second reroute our vacation to Captiva from Destin hurricane. We arrived by plane with no where booked to stay. Christina was so accommodating and extra friendly and helped us set up everything we needed with a beautiful 2 bedroom. Delbert and Arnoux at Sunset Beach went above and beyond to make our family extra comfortable with plenty of chairs and umbrellas at sunset beach! Friendly smiling faces greeted us each morning. Excellent customer service all around!!!”

“Shell craft was a fun experience! People working the craft didn’t seem to know what was included. That made it a little frustrating because after building flowers for over an hour we were told we needed to pay for 3rd. Clarity would be appreciated but overall great experience for family.”
