Eddie helped me find everything I needed in such a short period of time, I was in and out. I had to come back because I couldn’t figure out how to put windshield wipers on and he did it in a blink of an eye. Customer service was very excellent and efficient

Where can I start , eddy took care of me from car help and all of my questions , even helped me take my terminal off my battery , I asked a bunch of questions ; and left feeling like I was technician !! For now on this is the only Auto zone you will catch me at , fast service , knowledgeable team .. felt like I was part of the family !!

I recently experienced an issue with my battery, I contacted my local AutoZone and spoke with a gentleman over the phone (Mr
Eddie) Store Manager. His customer service was exceptional. I requested that he look up some information for my car, and he did so without hesitation. Visited the store, and the problem was promptly resolved. His customer service skills are outstanding; he is kind, knowledgeable, and very professional. Thank you very much; you provided excellent assistance.

I can’t begin to explain how grateful and thankful I am for this auto one. I came in with an emergent need for a new alternator! And Eddie Williams and Danielle was both angels sent from heaven! They are an amazing asset to the company! I thank God for the help they gave me they went above and beyond to be sure I left happy I cried so much! their customer service is unmatched! Thank you auto zone for workers like Eddie and Danielle! This is the kind of customer service all Auto Zones need! God bless you both tremendously!

I came to purchase a battery - Eddie Williams was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable to assistant with purchase.
While I was there MIL purchased wiper blades. Nick J was also courteous and efficient in installing.
I would recommend the store based off of our interaction with both employees this morning.

Sooo I came to this auto zone to buy a $200 battery and this guy Nick J, said he couldn’t install the battery, though it was under the hood? I thought Autozone installs all batteries under the hood? I felt like he just didn’t want to do it. I asked him, can the other guy do it, he pretty much said no. I do know that I won’t be coming to this location anymore. I went to another location and they installed it just fine!
Do better Nick. ??
