Salah, was an amazing helper when I went to Metro PCS. He helped me to solve my issue with my APC that other store agents couldn’t solve. He also helped me to make better choices for my headsets and my phone case. Always smiling, patient and willing to help. Kudos Salah!

The WORST Customer Service the young lady didn’t even acknowledge me then a Spanish man walks in a she immediately ask him if he needs help she help him with his payment and I explain to her I was there for the same reason but you didn’t even ask me if I needed help I will make a complaint with the store manager

I come back because the charger it's NOT WORKING AS FAST CHARGING and the manager and employees were so rude and they had no manners.The woman... horrible !!!She said NO, we don't have to change or return your money...I don't recommend this place.
