“I hate that I forgot the ladies name that was helping us. My mother in law and I went to Micheal’s right before closing and needed things for her 60th birthday party. The lady helping us was so kind and helpful. She didn’t rush us know the store was closing in a few minutes. Thank you for your help!”

“To anyone in the Tampa Bay area looking for custom framing solutions, Alexis at Dick Blick gets so many referrals for a reason. This is my 2nd piece framed by DB, and I was very pleased with the attention to detail, the creative recommendations, and hands-on approach given by Alexis. They have the materials and connections to get most anything done. I will never go anywhere else for framing needs. 5 Stars.”

“Very well run store in Wesley Chapel. Brenda, a manager or asst manager helped me with the purchase of a floor model rotating Christmas Tree stand as they were sold out on the shelf. She did contact surrounding stores to see if they had any in stock, they did not. So we removed the tree that was in the floor model and I took it home. Unfortunately a week later when putting it together I discovered it was missing one of the adapters that I needed for our tree. I brought it back to the store. Brenda searched the area where it had been displayed but we could not find the adapter. Brenda refunded the purchase and took my name and phone number down in case the adapter turned up or they got a return. I did not hold much hope in that however two weeks later I received a call from Brenda that they had gotten a rotating stand returned. It had the needed adapter if I wanted to come to the store she would hold it for me. I was surprised to get the call and that Brenda followed through in contacting me two weeks later. Rare nowadays to get that kind of personalized customer service. Great job by Brenda in showing top notch customer service.”

“Trendy location. Hyde Park area. Store os roomy and a pleasure to walk around. You can browse and look at items at your leisure. Staff were friendly. Variety of items. Some nice gift items. They have some Stalogy and Leutchterm journals as well as Happy Planner items. There are Italian brands and others to choose from as well. It's worth a visit! I journal, use fountain pens, etc, and they have some items that are useful for that genre. If you're in Hyde Park , stop in!”

“They have just about everything you need to work with fabrics and similar materials that you just can't get anywhere else. It's definitely a hands-on kind of store to find exactly what you need. And the prices are quite reasonable. They don't have many workers in-store but they have always been very helpful answering questions and offering suggestions. It's a pleasure shopping here.”

“It's so sad to see this franchise staple closing. I like to feel my fabrics before purchasing, and JoAnn had so many choices of fabric weights and textures. Other craft franchises just don't carry the variety of sewing fabrics. Quite a few empty shelves, and the thread is pretty much gone, but some great deals on fabrics and yarn can be had.”
