I dread shopping for glasses. I had never been to this store before, but thought I'd give it a try. I am so happy I did! The associate who helped me, Laura, was AMAZING. She listened to me, was honest with me and walked me through the whole process. I wasn't left to my own devices trying to figure out what glasses I wanted or looked good. She made recommendations and explained why. I am so excited for my new glasses and I will never go anywhere else now that I have discovered her. This is what good customer service looks and feels like. Kudos.
Oh, PS - the cost was a couple hundred dollars less than the other store I had gone to.

Always a nice place to go get your glasses always easy and easy out. Glasses were ready the next day.

I had a wonderful experience at Eyeglass World. The customer service was outstanding everyone was friendly, attentive, and made the process very smooth. The doctor was extremely helpful. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism shown, and I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of eye care or glasses.

Matt the optometrist took care of me and glasses like a true professional thanks to Terri’s recommendation from Visionworks! So grateful for meeting them. Everyone else was trying to upsell me. Matt, got to work and made it fast and cheap!

So there's this one Optictionist named Liz... she helped me so much to see the world differently. I have a totally different outlook at this dimensional reality we all thrive in today. She helped me pick out a pair of glasses that perfectly suited my big head. And finally, therefore I got my vision and my insight on this beautiful planet. She was so nice and helpful, and extremely patient with me which is needed because I am slow. Thank you so much eyeglass world for my new sexy glasses with no reflection and warranty for 365 days.
