Patio Pools completely managed a lanai extension to include pavers, pool enclosure, fire pit, and an in ground spa. They did a magnificent job but their after service really impressed me. They were over the top responsive to all of my follow up questions. I could not recommend them higher. A great company that stands by their work and bends over backwards to satisfy the customer completely. You can't go wrong using Patio!!!

Hi my name is Kevin Bowen. I can not say enough GREAT things about patio Pools. The pricing was very competitive, their people are ever so friendly and professional, never pushy. They built my pool unbelievably quickly and the quality is amazing. Their warranty support is fantastic too. My warranty issues were minor and had nothing to do with them. It was a faulty solenoid from the manufacturer that was replaced with 24 hours of my call. Do not sign a contract until you have spoken to Patio Pools.

I'm very pleased to write this review sharing my experience with Patio Pool. I worked with Matt from start to finish and he was great throughout the entire process. He created the project the way I asked, but also gave me great suggestions. He was always there with instructions and answers at every stage of the construction. I can't believe they finished the construction in just 37 days, which is a little more than a month. The project included a deck, pool and cage. They started on March 27th and they finished the entire project in May 3rd. The pool was ready before summer and my kids definitely loves our new Pool.

Sprayed concrete on my neighbor’s roof and his driveway pavers. I communicated the problem and emailed the estimates to have it fixed and then nothing. Patio pools said the concrete company has insurance and they’ll fix it but never forwarded the emails to the concrete company. I don’t know who the concrete company is - I only dealt with patio pools. Nothing has been done in months and it’s thousands of dollars of damage. Busted the pipe to my well and the drain pipe from my water filter. Zero help to get it fixed. Cut the frontier internet wire twice too. A lot of damage and headaches.

Patio pools put in my pool (1984) when my house was built, about 7 years before I bought my house. So... when it came time to remodel, even though Patio Pools was the highest of three quotes, they were the obvious choice. Matt (who is the owners son (?) now owner, ???, came out and quoted me the job, said it would look like new. I really liked Matt and thought we were on the same page..Haven't seen Matt again, except to collect a check. Someone else came to get the last payment. Now there are issues with the deck. Big chunks missing. The guys that put in the deck are super friendly (Gerold and Chris). They have showed up a couple of times to work on the deck, but there are still major issues. I have sent pictures to Matt and Gerold. Matt's latest response to Gerold was to wait a year and then retouch the whole deck. WHAT???, WAIT A YEAR!!! ARE YOU KIDDING?
$23,000.00 job and left with no communication and total dissatisfaction. Expected alot more from Patio Pools!!!

We just completed a new pool/spa/screen enclosure with Patio Pools. We are very pleased with the final results. Matthew Messer was very professional, informative, and patient throughout the process. He was always available to talk by phone or text message. The quality of the pool/spa/screen enclosure construction is to a very high standard and quality.
Our situation was somewhat unique. We had a pre-existing pool that was built in the 1990s. We considered doing a remodel of the pool, but I had seen poor reviews online about the remodels done by Patio Pools. Matthew Messer was very transparent and explained that that is normally the result. It is difficult to repair and update old pools. He encouraged to do a new installation of pool, spa and screen enclosure. He said that we would be much happier with the results. He was right. We’re so happy that we did. Also, being that we were going undergoing a full house remodel, Patio Pools was very accommodating in the timing and finalization of the construction. We truly appreciated that. I can comfortably say that I would highly recommend Patio Pools to anybody that is considering a new build.

After moving into our new house in Tampa in the fall, we decided to look into putting in a pool. Never had one before, so we needed to do a lot of research. Learned about pool styles, enclosures, equipment, and all of the other bells and whistles.
After quite a busy time interviewing pool builders, we chose Patio Pools in Tampa. There are lots of pool builders around, and I’m sure many of them are good, but since I’m someone who has been in the service industry for nearly 40 years, I had some things that were “must haves” for me:
> Top reviews and reputation.
> Competitive pricing.
> Experience of company and staff.
> Good feeling about timelines given.
> First impressions.
> Ability to navigate and understand the process with our main contact.
There are other things we look for, but these were the main ones. From the start, we were introduced to Thomas Travis, who has been our sales person, designer, problem solver, issue handler, etc. The guy had been fantastic. Not only has he been around a long time with Patio, but so have his employees.
For example, every time there were new crews out there for various reasons, we would have quick chats. I didn’t even have to ask how long these employees have been with Patio, as they were happy to tell me. 8 years, 12 years, 22 years. These crews were happy, fast, meticulous, and extremely timely.
If they tell you they’ll be there on Tuesday at 9am, they were there and on time. They run like a happy machine!
The finished product? Incredible and faster than I would have expected. I knew that not all pools would have the same time frame to completion due to weather, labor, logistics, etc, but on January 25, my backyard was grass. I’m already swimming and enjoying the spa in April.

Patio Pools was amazing from start to finish. From design to pool school everything went exceptionally well. The design was virtually assisted so that we had a good visual of the finished product. All the workers were respectful of our property and worked in a timely manner. At completion, great instruction was given during our “pool school”. Follow up has been available and most helpful in insuring we are doing our best to care for the pool. We are still in awe the completion took approximately 9 weeks from the first stakes in the ground. We would definitely recommend Patio Pools!

We had a great experience with patio pools, Nancy was very professional throughout the entire process. Kenny was also great! Our pool project was delivered earlier than anticipated and it all looks amazing! Patio Pools was just a very reliable company and we do recommend them!
