I am giving it a two star for a young lady that worked today it's unbelievable that I am leaving this cause I like this place a lot especially with the other two employees here and I will leave a five star for them two but this young lady who always been nice to me I guess she might've had bad day I don't know but they were a man coming out the staff only bathroom and I had to really go the other bathroom was not available so I went to tell can I use it she told me no that they only make an exception for him only and so I explained that is unfair still nothing was done and she kept saying that her manager Ed told so I would love if they make it more fair for me the man I saw and everyone else because I'm a regular with 7 eleven it just not fair what happened it be nice if they consider that. Thank you for reading.

Wow, I drive all around the state of Florida and I have my own cut personal cup that is insulated and I’ve been to over 150 stores this past month and every time I go in I just asked to get a little bit of ice out of the soda machine because why not it’s just basically free. It’s just ice and this this place had the audacity you told me they’re gonna charge for it like OK now you’re getting one star

Night cashier guy calling me bro and man when I'm litterally a woman is the weirdest thing. I think he thought I was trans because my shoulders are wider than normal?? Regardless a weird experience that made me feel uncomfortable overall.

This is 7-11 is ran by some idiot female manager!!Apparently, you have to stand in line, and pay to get a cup for a fountain drink, because they are afraid ur gonna steal the cup!! Lmfao!!!They literally keep all the cups, lids, and straws behind the counter! SmhSomeone needs to fire the manager immediately!!!

The man working the overnight shift has a great personality. He recommended some strawberry cheesecake donuts, which were gas AF. If you stop by overnight I hope he’s the guy that rings you up.

Just paid for $30 dollars of gas. I drive a 2021, Kia Soul. Went I. with 55 miles left till empty. Came out with 139miles to empty. I spoke with the counter lady. She said " this has happened before, with another person", but there is nothing, she can do, as the computer reads, $30 gas paid, which I understand. Either their computer system is not working or there is a big scam going on. No, my gauge, is not broken.

Great service, but the area is overran by a bunch of thugs. Almost every time I go there, there is some menacing character in or around the property. These aren't just conventional bums, which I generally have no problem with - these are trashy, loud-mouthed, trouble makers. I'm very surprised because Casselberry isn't a particularly crime ridden area, but for some reason that 7-Eleven gets a lot of negative traffic.

There is a cashier Ryan (a young man) who works nights that i am super impressed with. He has the best customer service. I have watched people who have been straight rude to him and he remains kind, composed, and helpful. I left the store tonight (Christmas) saying that is the best customer service i have seen in a store in a very long time. Please please please recognize this young man!
