Went to upgrade my plan and everyone working there was very helpful. I was in and out within 15 minutes! Highly recommend this location to if looking to upgrade or get a new phone, highly professional and knowledgeable staff.

Short staffed and the staff that are left in the store by management don’t understand how to perform many tasks asked of them (swapping telephone numbers between two iPhones, returning a product a previous customer had picked up a day earlier who wanted a refund)..If mgr is going to leave newly hired staff alone, stick by your phone for calls from this new staff member to answer questions and guide them thru the steps to accomplish the customers requests. Don’t waste a customer’s time by them having to come back when you’re working.Another issue is the strong selling of the AT&T home protect policy to cover everything electronic in your home. It’s thru Asurion and doesn’t even come close to the coverage of items the AT&T sales person claimed and the process of initiating a claim is worse than having a root canal done.I get the sort staffing issues everywhere, but don’t leave your new employees hanging in the wind when you as the store manager decide to go home for the day. It’s not only unfair to this new employee, but the customers pay the price for your management failures.Also, train your slick selling staff to speak the truth about the extras they sell. If the truth won’t sell the product, it’s not worth buying.

I bought a screensaver at 8 for life and they didn’t honor the original agreement, I been a customer for over 10 years and I was told the price raised and that shouldn’t change the original agreement. I was literally told too bad you need to pay 10 plus tax. And it’s the principle of the agreement. Not the 2 dollars. I’m with this company because of its reputation

Worst experience we’ve ever had. Both guys had no idea what they were doing. Spent hours in there for them to completely mess up our new phones. As soon as we left the store, we went into SOS mode and had to spend another two hours on the phone so att could fix the 100 of mistakes that were made in the store. The store employees Ordered our new iPhones to the wrong names so mine and my husbands phones are backwards and you can’t fix it. Added on things like home tech coverage EVEN THOUGH I SPECIFICALLY SAID NOT TO. Also learned shortly after, they added in a discount for us for having AARP, BUT WE DONT EVEN HAVE AARP. Watched one employee Jamaica, be rude to every customer who was there and walked in. Opted to mail our old phones back just so we didn’t have to go back to that store again. Worst customer service, they could use some new employees.

After years with Verizon i decided to make a switch, this store made the process easy. They were kind and very helpful! I’m old and don’t understand technology very well so I was glad the young lady working was patient with me! Will be recommending this AT&T location to my book club.
