With 2 senior German shepherds we have been using a vet that makes home visits. Last week our female, Kacee, became acutely ill and our usual vet was unable to get to us quickly. We went to the Lake Mary Banfield location and, sadly, had to make the decision to have our girl put down. The only peace from this whole experience came from the compassion, professionalism & kindness of the staff. Dr Kyle Farrell is a definite assist to your company, I wish I could remember the names of all the staff that were there that night. Dr Farrell was able to provide honest information with heart.
We were at that location on 11/9/17, between 6 & 7 PM.

We have used Banfield pet hospitals as our primary care for Belle our 9 yr old lab. Castle Rock, CO. Awesome care never any issues.
Moved to Casselberry, FL. A little over a year ago started going to Casselberry Banfield hospital. Right from the get go terrible service.
The font end staff seems to think they run the place. They spoke down to me very rude. I spoke to the area supervisor regarding this. She said she would would work on getting thing better. Even she couldn't get them to change. I go to another location now and have been treated by very professional and helpful front end staff as was as the vet techs and Dr's.
My advice DON't go to Casselberry Banfield pet hospital!!!

I've been going to this location for a few years now with my two large dogs and have always had a positive experience with vets and nurses. I've once driven up to the front door with my dog in shock from a sting as the team was walking out the door and they immediately took him in and administered emergency care and prepped him for transport to the local emergency vet a few blocks away. Overall, I'm quite happy with the service they provide!

This place is the worst. I have tried for years to give this location a chance as I had the insurance with them for all my pets and it is the closest to me, but everytime I deal with them, it is always a frustrating experience. Not only is the staff rude more often than not, they tend to make a lot of mistakes both on their paperwork end and when it comes to the care of the pet. There have been a few shining vets I have encountered there but it seems like they even see the writing on the wall eventually because the turn over rate for vets in this office in particular is staggering. I swear I have never seen the same vet more than twice and in most cases, more than once. I do understand that there might be a rotation situation where they work at other Banfields but I have made it a point to inquire after the few ones I really liked when I did not see them anymore and have confirmed they left Banfield entirely. I sincerely do hope they figure it one day and become a better Veterinary office but I have switched in recent years to other Banfield locations and while some are better than others, there does seem to be a lot of parallels with the issues I consistently run into. Either way if you can avoid this location in particular, I highly recommend it. I did seem to find better luck with the independent locations over the ones in PetSmart but in the end found a local Vet I will be sticking with from now on.

I have used Banfield for 5 years in various locations. This has been by far, my worst experience! The people do not seem to have any idea what they are doing. One person tells you one thing and another tells you the opposite. I will NOT be back to this location. I would rather drive double the time to a different one.
